The smoothies here are good.However, this establishment keeps a betta fish in a half-filled bowl that’s less than a gallon. While I’m sure this is just because of misconceptions about fish keeping, it doesn’t change that this is absolutely abusive towards the animal. I will happily change this review to 5 stars when poor Finley gets an appropriate home. I encourage the owner/manager to research into what betta fish need in their environment and make the adjustments necessary for Finley to live a happy and healthy life.

Thank you for responding to my feedback and reimbursing me for the Açaí bowl I purchased that was watered down and that the employee used dirty gloves to prepare. I hope you are able to make changes to rectify the issues I had. My review still stands until I try your PureGreen location again.Earlier review:I was the only customer in the store with two service people behind the counter. It took almost 10 minutes for me to get my açai bowl. The girl with long hair was almost finished finally, making my bowl, two new customers walked in the door, and she stopped midway, making mine kept the gloves on and took their orders, then came back to my order, and use the same gloves to finish topping off my açai bowl.definitely not good customer service not to mention the health department would not be happy with her. Overall, even the açai bowl tasted very watered down. Not a place I recommend.

I visited this location while on vacay and the owners and staff were absolutely fabulous! My acai bowl had a lot of vibrant, natural flavors that didn't leave an artificial or sugary aftertaste. Really wish I had one near me!

The overall customer service was phenomenal, a nice man Aiden helped me out and made me a fabulous açaí bowl. The place was tidy, and very clean and comfortable setting. As a health enthusiast I'm use to paying more for healthy stuff & seeing it as a health investment rather than being overcharged. However, this place is over priced especially for Cape Coral. Also, I have found that they are not very accommodating when it comes to switching out an ingredient for another & want to charge you for every change even if it's small when the smoothies were already a lot to begin with. If you have food sensitivities then you know how frustrating this can be. The customer service is also lacking. I often leave thinking I need to stop coming here because of how unfriendly or bothered they seem to be. The only reason I have kept going back is because so far what I have ordered has been good & there aren't many smoothie places in Cape Coral to choose from so I go when I feel desperate for a healthy option while on the go. I had high hopes for this place & loved the decor upon first going in & can say their smoothies are good but sadly with the high cost, poor customer service & not being accommodating I will avoid this place as much as possible & not advise anyone to go there unless things change.

I love smoothies and acai bowls. The taste and consistency is so important. Plus the ingredients.This is my first time at Pure Green Cape Coral and I was greeted by the team as soon as I walked in. Everyone was so friendly.The smoothie was amazing, I had not had a smoothie with matcha before and it tasted so good!Plus! The space is stunning. Full of light. With comfortable chairs to sit in and enjoy my smoothie.I would recommend everyone to stop in to Pure Green, not only will you have a great tasting smoothie, you will also feel right at home!Dietary restrictions: There are options!

I LOVE this place it is such a chill and welcoming vibe!! The owners are amazing..The juice is incredible. It tastes good and you actually feel good after drinking it.I wish I could give them 10 stars. This place is amazing, everyone needs to experience it!!!
