We recently booked, Red Roc Cravings for our community event, about 2 weeks ago. We did a tremendous amount of work promoting our event, only to have them not show up. Very disappointed, no call, no text, full voice mail box.

Hands down the worse customer service I have ever experienced. I asked the guy working the front of the veggie burrito was vegan and he just said “listen, I don’t make any of this stuff. I’m not the head guy and I don’t know the difference of vegan, vegetarian or any of that stuff.” I’m glad to know that he is unaware of any allergies someone may have. He had an attitude the entire order when I asked one question.Doesn’t change gloves between orders and takes cash payments with the same gloves on that he cooks with.It would benefit a health inspector to come look at this truck and the owner to just get rid of this man.He was parked at Cape Coral hospital this afternoon and I would never recommend this to anyone.Let me also add their license is expired as of 12/1/2023. Good to know.

Does not reply when you msg about location. I received a gift card and it said it expired the 31st of December and I had two weeks to use it and I msgd them on Facebook and also texted the number that Facebook said to msg and heard nothing. Now it has expired and I still haven’t heard anything. Was looking forward to trying a new food place but whatever I guess. Crappy customer service.

I'd like to leave a review on your site. I'm a Canadian and well, never cared too much for this type of food. It was either fast food or frozen at the store. Now after a few years of eating the succulent delights from Red Roc I can honestly say I love it. Try the sinfully delicious shrimp and chorizo burrito my favorite. Chicken is the bomb and so is the beef, done perfectly and always lean and fresh. People line up waiting for your truck to serve them and I know why. Everyone deserves a great meal from their awesome hardworking team. They can make veggie almost anything too. Bravo. Karen LeMay

Terrible the quesadillas were cold and sloppy and the nachos were disgusting, the meat was most definitely old. The chips were stale and cold as well 26 dollars for two things my dog could make better. Save your money.
