Hadn't eaten at Ruby Tuesday's in a long time the Cape Coral store add just recently opened for lunch after years of dinner only service. My wife and I had the Thursday specials my wife had the sticky Ribs and loved them while I had the chopped steak with mashed potatoes and a house salad and it was delicious. The best part was they were only $8.99 each and the service was impeccable.

Our server was Amy, she was awesome. On top our drinks, plates and to go cups. The salad bar was great as always and my burger was delicious.

Hmmm. My first time there. Even eating inside. Fortunately my guest was treated nicely and hopefully all of the other people that swarmed in after us. By 4 pm. I say straight facts, no BS from me. I ordered sweet tea with lemon, usually you get a straw, trying salad bar special for my guest, menu to order take out when finished, which I told server, separate tickets to pay. We got guest drink correct, my tea unsweetened not sweet, no straw for me, our waitress that was everywhere else and NEVER EVER approached us again the entire time, a random server that politely asked and picked up our salad plates that I thanked, never ever were we approached by any server or manager much less our own server. I had to get our servers attention to get our bill. Needless to say she had to get everyone else's bill ready too and deliver them before getting ours to us. Yet we were there way before they came in. We were never checked on by anyone! Not for drinks, more food, how was it, nothing! The topper was not enough pens for customers to sign their checks. So I don't know what happened that day. Short staffed? New servers? Untrained staff? I don't know. Hopefully a to go experience will be better if that ever happens for me there. Oh yes, I had to sweeten my own tea and stop someone when I saw they had a straw! I was polite and did not say anything. I have well Over 25 years front line customer service and some waitress experience. I was being quiet.

We stopped by for the Salad Bar and are never disappointed. They pay very very close attention to the quality and ensure they meet food holding standards for the salad bar. I really appreciate that as a customer and someone knowledgeable about food holding standards. I will always go back.

Michelle Catron is the best bartender/ server in the business. She sees to everyones needs at the bar plus takes care of the dining room with ease. She also treats everyone as if they are family!! Love her!!!❤️

We had a great dinner and our waitress Kali was wonderful. My husband ordered tilapia and it came out salmon. Took it back and returned with the tilapia. They gave us a free dessert because of the mix up. Friendly staff.

When first arriving doors were held open by to young ladies who seated us immediately. Our server Aleeah suggested strawberry lemonade which had real chucks of strawberries not just flavoring. It was amazing. We had the awesome salad bar with soft pretzels which hit the spot. Everyone seems in the Christmas spirit. Atmosphere was buzzing. Lady manager talking to all guests making it more like a social event instead of a restaurant. No room for dessert but Aleeah insisted we take some home for our sweet tooth craving we would have later. She was right! We got the cheesecake and a few hours later we indulged. We had and incredible experience and one to remember!!! Thank you Ruby Tuesday's for making our Holiday.

Locals here! We usually don’t eat at a lot of chain restaurants. This Ruby Tuesdays always has fresh delicious food! Everything we have ordered is always great. Service is friendly and fast! Great burgers and awesome fresh salad bar!

Sever was pleasant. Managers please take a look at the chairs you are seating your guests on. They are filthy. Artichoke dip was cold. Asked to Package up and take home will heat there.
Okay been to a lot of these and I have never seen the salad Bar so perfect like the pictures on tv. The salad bar was stocked and so AMAZING! The restaurant was so clean and the waitress was lovely. The food came out great. We can’t stand the Ruby’s in Michigan but next time I’m in town for sure stopping back in!

The food was good if the cook would prepare the food as ordered. Sometimes the cook gets it right and other times you would have to keep sending it back (not good at all). The manager comes out to see what's the problem and does her best to fix what ever is wrong. They also need to learn how to fix sweet tea it's not tea it's more like brown colored water
