I gave this place 2 stars because the food was good. There was a male bartender who served us at our table this Saturday afternoon. There was a flea market going on outside of the restaurant. A lady came in with a service animal (likely just to let the dog cool off) who was refused service and told they do not allow service animals. As far as I knew, service animals are allowed by law. To make things worse, he made fun of and mocked the lady for about 20 minutes following her departure. This was just ugly behavior to see and share with the patrons. I would also be careful with this behavior, as this can be considered discrimination. These animals are trained to detect a wide range of medical emergencies/ conditions that the human eye cannot detect coming on such as a seizure. Why do I know this? Because I am who approves these dogs to be given to people. I was shocked to see the comfortability of the bartender behaving this way. He mocked her by saying things like “THIS DOG IS MY NURSE!!” even though she never said that or even argued with him. He also made comments like “if she died that dog would go to the next person who’d feed it” or “so annoying”. Let’s not make fun of people with disabilities. Was her disability not bad enough to the bartenders naked eye? This makes me wonder if this is how the entire restaurant operates. Do better.I ordered gator bites, potstickers & the chicken wrap. I could have done without the gator bites, but I will say, the rest of the food was good.

Julianna, Julianna, Julianna Don't be the one to spoil the experience of a good place with your RUDE, unfriendly, explosive attitude.Yes... I know the place was busy at 6:30 on a Friday evening; regardless, I sat for 10 minutes just to try to get acknowledged as I watched 6 or 7 other bartenders run around.I did get acknowledged by a bar back but he couldn't even serve a glass of water..I'm IGNORING bad attitude Julianna with this suggestion, as she already knows everything about everything ?? and also because she did me ~ when I was 19 inches across the bar from her while she's pouring a beer at the tap, in about the 6th minute ~ I simply asked if I could get one too - she snarled... (hey, just approximations on the time ?)But to the 6 or 7 other bartenders ~ just an acknowledgement to your guests - maybe something like..."I see ya there and one of us will get to you". Or, is that too much multitasking?I wish I knew the name of any of the bartenders like some of their regulars do... they didn't have any problem getting served ~ just as I don't at my favorite places...As a restauranteur ~ Remember to acknowledge the guest, even if it's just eye contact ~ and maybe demonstrate to them appreciation that they are there... It really doesn't matter how busy you are... it's not that much more effort...Yes, of course, the ol' adage "Ya can't appease everyone" ,.. but I'm one that is usually very easy to please and fun to keep in the mix...Just saying, ya know...Just saying

They have an amazing grouper sandwich and fries. I would pass on the fish dip. There is plenty of outdoor seating, but you definitely frequent this place for the company and food, not the atmosphere.

The food was not good I got sick after eating there. Did not like the vibe or the service. Drinks are so so. I guess if you want to go to the bar and drinks a few beers it’s fine but don’t get food.

Stopped here with my teenager last week as we were in Cape Coral for the day and the online pictures looked great. When we got there the inside looked pretty gross and empty so we headed out back. Should’ve gone with my first instinct and left at that point. The bar/outdoor space in the back was hopping, if you were in the mood to drink. We sat next to a guy who spilled his beer three times. We ordered the smoked fish appetizer and it was like a can of cold tuna with individually wrapped crackers that we had to open ourselves. Our fish sandwiches arrived, and the server did not take our appetizer plate, so the flies continued to swarm our table. This sandwich was a huge piece of fried fish over two buns. We weren’t given any forks or knives, napkins or tartar sauce and waited over 15 minutes. After asking we were given some plastic forks, but at that point, I realized that my fish sandwich was gross and didn’t want to eat it. My teenager was hungry and ate his mostly with his fingers, including the coleslaw. I definitely won’t be back.

Food has not been good lately. Ordered a Flatbread pizza. It was neither Flatbread or hot. It was cold on what looked like Naan bread. The cheeseburger wrap, the meat was still a little bloody. I will day the service and atmosphere has always been exceptional. The bartenders are great!
Being totally handicapped, I found everything accessible. Food could've been hotter, but the service was goodParking: I'm a double leg amputee, and actually require handicap parking. Wasn't many available.

I'd love to just boast about how great the food is, however the service was lackluster. As a customer you feel like an after-thought, even sitting at the bar when it's not busy you are ignored because you are inconveniencing the staff. Wouldn't want to distract them from their personal conversations amongst each other.
