Twice I have ordered a scoop of strawberry ice cream in a sprinkle waffle cone. Twice I have not received a sprinkle waffle cone. Twice I have been let down.

Extremely small portions. Paid $17.26 for 2 medium ice cream cups which appeared to be baby size. No extras on either. Used to be a regular customer whenever we were in the Cape however, we won't be back.

I have ordered milkshakes here multiple times and have had half of those orders where I was just sent a cup of ice cream and not a shake. I have only ever been called once to let me know they ran out of milk. Every other time there has been no phone call. For the price of the milkshake I dont want a cup of ice cream. Really frustrating when it is not communicated to the customer. The ice cream is great and it’s really disappointing because I do like this place.

Ok...so the staff was really nice and did offer tastes if we wanted, and the portions were huge. Got two scoops. However, the ice cream itself was just ok. Incredibly sweet, almost too sweet even for ice cream, and I got coffee and butter pecan. Butter pecan normally has a sweet, buttery, salty taste, but I just got overy sweet with some nuts.My husband thought the same, but they are very nice and friendly there, so if you like overly sweet ice cream, this is the place. At least we tried it. We have our favorite shop in the Cape, just not here.

I was so excited to find this place that has lactose free soft serve which was delicious but we have yet to be able to get it a second time (4 different visits) I’m not sure what the problem is but please bring back the lactose free or keep the machines on all day. As a lactose intolerant person it was such a nice treat to be able to have “real” ice cream not just fruit sorbet.

Lots of options for a good price!
