Came in here because my obgyn said i needed more protein and i loved the location in fort myers but visiting in laws in cape coral i decided not to make the commute, HUGE MISTAKE, upon entering the restaurant i smelled something rotting mixed with bleach and fabuloso, IMMEDIATE RED FLAG BTW. My sister is a food manager and i asked her about this and said its a health code violation so i wish i knew that before ordering. I placed a group order that came up to 48.90. Idk what the ladys problem was but she was a hispanic lady seemed young and short she had a very short temper and rushed me through my order. Due to me being pregnant i took it as my hormones playing into my emotions but looking back i shouldve spoken up about it. My smoothies were warm, idk if they forgot to add ice or just didnt care to. Bananas make me sick so i specifically asked for no bananas in anything and they all had it. My husband offered to go back and have them remade but i didnt want to cause an issue so we decided to just toss them and move on. Ive never been into a smoothie king that made me want to throw up so fast. But seeing how theyve never failed me before i figured maybe id give it a shot. The workers were rude, store filthy, food mustve been expired, and i guess theyre not getting paid enough to do their jobs. I think whoever is in charge needs to reevaluate their employees and how theyre trained. Ill never be going back to this location ive already told my family and friends to steer clear. I tried getting the managers name but she refused to give it. Very disappointed is and understatement.

Rude employees, one being Litzy.she was very rude, dry and bland attitude….. Dirty bathroom. Watered down smoothies. First time there and it smelled like a swimming pool of bleach. Not great for people that are are sensitive to smell.
There’s fruit flies absolutely everywhere, live and dead ones. Wouldn’t be surprised if you find one in your smoothie.

I liked this Smoothie King . This location is very clean and the staff is friendly. I was greeted right away by the guy working. Great customer service. My smoothie tasted great and I did not wait long at all . I would recommend this location and I would go back again .

Regular customer here, I was just coming on here to leave a good review and I saw the last two comments. Unfortunately it’s not their fault you both can’t read their door when it clearly says that they close their lobby an hour earlier than their drive through. All the workers there are very kind and efficient even if they don’t make conversation so to say they were laughing and ignoring you is probably just not true or a misunderstanding. The fact you come on here to give them a bad look is very immature and rude. It’s also really weird and rude to go to a place that’s about to close in 20 minutes because I know you would not love that either no matter how kind you are.
Smoothie king is an amazing fast food drink place and contrary to what this person had to say their customer service is amazing and I’m greatful for all the kindness I get when I go to them!
I unfortunately feel like I should leave a review, although I never do. I drove 20 minutes to smoothie king and arrived at 9:40. They close at 10. I have been very sick and it’s all that sounded good. But now I have to drive all of the way home because the workers watched me try and open the door and just stared at me than giggled when I walked away. I find this very rude especially because 2 other people arrived the same time as my boyfriend I did. That is 4 sales they missed out on all out of laziness.

I'd give -5 stars, but google forces me to give a positive number...this people don't want to work. Supposedly until 10:00pm? Nooo! They closed like 25 minutes earlier, and being inside just locked the door so that no one else can get in. There are lot of people seeking for a job in this town, and these guys can decide to not work .

Better to go inside it seems like. You'll be waiting in the drive thru for 20mins plus. Like that Everytime I use the drive thru. And it's only just one car in front of me. Other then that non to bad . Nice people though.
