I ordered a vegan coffee smoothie. I waited 15 mins. In that process, a man ordered a drink, and it was incorrect. He was specific. He wanted almond milk. They put that drink aside. After a while, the guy said that was your drink, meaning me. It was not the coffee drink I ordered. It was a strawberry chocolate drink. I was a few miles away, and traffic was heavy, so I couldn't turn around. I was not satisfied. I thought the 2 young men that were there were overwhelmed. The drinks are expensive and high in calories. The mistake was not worth it!!!!

I am absolutely sick of coming to this place and having no help at all having the store completely closed during what should be normal business hours. There's a gym right next door which would make this location really convenient however they are hardly ever responsive it takes a long time to get orders and since the hurricane they have completely lost their outdoor signage and the Outsource side intercom for the drive-thru is completely broken it's been almost a month since that storm has come through and I have seen nothing done to try to fix or solve any of the issues and today it was just the last straw I could have really used a smoothie after a 3-hour training session at the gym to sit in the drive-thru looking around like an idiot trying to peer into the windows to see if anyone's actually in the store driving by in the morning it looks like nobody's in there I think the owner should just do with the community a favor and close this whole thing down and let a reputable business come back in that can actually serve the community and not just have a place taking up space it's such a laughable place to go and I feel bad for anyone who has The Misfortune to sit there for a few minutes looking like an idiot trying to order something that's obviously not going to come what a waste of my time.

Love their products their staff horrible and not nice! You probably could be great but you need to interview better! They also always open late they may arrive on time sometimes but they won’t unlock door or they won’t turn on Mic on drive thru.

THEE ABSOLUTE BEST SMOOOTHIE I HAVE EVER HAD!!!!!! Thanks to Bella & Nikko super nice young ladies, greeted me with a nice smile and had my order done in seconds!! My favorite is the Chocolate, Banana, Peanut Butter Smoothie and they have absolutely MASTERED it. THE BEST I HAVE EVER HAD, I will be coming back for more you guys are AMAZING!!!!!!!!
Acai bowl was full and tasty. Two gentlemen working were kind and helpful even at the end of the night. :)

Although I see this place get a lot of bad reviews , I went there the other day and it was very nice , had very pleasant conversations with the workers , and they were nice to give me 3 pup cups for my puppies.

I used to be a regular there and I stopped because I remember when the smoothies used to be good. Now they aren’t good, they actually haven’t been good for the last year now. Either create an incentive for your employees to do their job right or get new management. The lack of professionalism is there too. You have kids working at that location and from time to time I see some other high schooler who doesn’t work there behind the counter and register. I waited too long to say this in hopes of some change, but it’s still bad. Please change something or do better.
