The location is very clean and the staff is super nice. Of course the frappacino was great. But the food we ordered a brownie, a pesto turkey sandwich and a breakfast sandwich were all really really bad. seemed like they were worse than vending machine food. so, coffee they do great, frappacinos great regular food, go somewhere else if you want to like it or even finish what you ordered. Ours ended up in the garbage can.

Mobile orders hit or miss. If they don’t have ingredients to make a drink, they don’t even have the courtesy to let you know. They just hand you a drink that is nothing like you expected. Disappointing…

Whenever I have ordered a coffee from Starbucks it always tended to make me gag and almost vomit. I don't have that issue with any other place I get my coffee at. The food is over priced and isn't fresh at all. I'm not the type of person to share my name with the staff just so they can yell it out for all to hear also. I once started to say I was Donald trump and the staff refused to call out that particular name. So, not only is the quality of the food horrible, the company invasive of my personal info, and the staff are so spineless they can't bear to hear a name called out. I'll take my business else where for much better coffee.

I have been a client at this location for several years. And I had never felt so bad about my experiences until now. For days I have ordered a drink that I like and every time the experience is worse. I think it is a lack of respect for customers what they are doing with the drinks. If you ask an employee to make you the drink again, they makes a bad face and gets upset. That's why I prefer not to complain but I just so upset. And when you request light ice they don’t pay attention.

Of late I have been satiating a Starbucks addiction. Like most food and dessert addictions, this too shall pass; however, during this special time I have appreciated the smiling faces that have met me at 6AM. The old fart with the giant phone. You all are truly the best. Those smiles mean a lot first thing in the morning. I appreciate you.

Never open when their hours are shown. This location is disappointing
Went on my birthday to get my freebie and since it was my first time and I didn’t know what I could get, I used the app. I finish my order and head to the drive thru right away. I tell the girl I just did an order and she said next time give me five minutes. Ok I let it go, understandable I guess. But if I were to order directly in the drive thru do l have to give her five mins as well? My 1 star review is because it was my birthday and I was dress accordingly with a beautiful pink dress that her lack of carelessness got ruined. The drink was dripping and she rudely handed it to me without a napkin. She saw my face of horror because all got on my dress and didn’t even apologize or offered a napkin. I had to ask for it and then she closed the window. So thanks a lot for that! I hate that ea day I realize the good old customer services a lot of companies took proud of, is gone. I didn’t say anything because my face spoke for me. And I guide myself with kindness and treating others rudely is not one of my traits. Leaving a review so she learns how to treat others. And I’ll continue to leave reviews from now on for good or bad service everywhere I go. Quick pic I took to show my mom after I scrubbed it and it wouldn’t come off. I had big and tiny marks all over.
