If you plan to order from here on doordash or uber, just don’t do it. They won’t dare give you a drink like this to your face. Mind you! This came unsealed. The bag was sealed but not the drink. So i know this was on starbucks. A straw wrapper in my drink too? Shame on you starbucks for hiring such incompetent employees and not prioritizing food safety standards, customer satisfaction, and quality of your products. Update, as of november 21,2025, the service is still garbage, just received an incomplete uber order, items missing and of course no straw as always. This location has been showing consistency in one area and that is incompetence.

This Starbucks is magnificent. I had a great experience. I ordered a coffee that was very good—simply perfect. To be honest, the baristas work very hard; they never stop making coffee and they are really good at what they do. Fast coffee, good service, patience, and kindness. A fresh, clean, and spotless place. I highly recommend it to everyone ☺️☕️.

I go there many times a week and every single time I'm greeted with a warm welcome. The food and beverages are always served quickly and with a smile. I can't say that about other locations. Will continue to come back!

I almost always drive through but even in that quick interaction over the intercom Lisa still makes me feel welcomed and as though I’m getting personalized service. Lisa is friendly, compassionate, professional, and efficient, and that feeling of being welcomed and appreciated (rather than rushed and as though I’m just another car in a line) is why this is my favorite location.

I don’t often come to this one but was on my way today. When I went in this morning and witnessed who I believed was the manager her was Lesia belittling an employee in front of everyone. Honestly don’t think I’ll be coming back if this is how Starbucks lets their manager treat their employees.

I ordered through the app for pick up and i walked in straight to the bathroom, it was locked, i asked for the key and they didn’t want to give it to me or open the bathroom, felt discriminating… coffee wasn’t great either

This is most convenient Starbucks 4 me.. Sadly in am most times I'm charged more $ than in evening. Not consistent & as most girls at window r nice.. 1 is not.. Will have to either change locations or arrival times

Not the first time I’ve encountered problems at this specific Starbucks. Today I placed a mobile order and then went through the drive thru to claim it. There were no cars in line in front or behind me, and seemed to be a super slow point of the day. I said the order I was picking up and then proceeded to get screamed at by the barista that I was here too early and should wait at least 10-15 minutes before picking up a mobile order. Keep in mind there was nobody in line, and I have never been told I’ve had to wait that long before to claim a mobile order on a non-busy day. A different barista handed me my drink so I was unable to get the name of the one who screamed at me through the drive thru order box, but still very disappointed in the customer service at this specific location.
