My name is Gianna and I am doing a Starbucks trunk or treat and I asked last night if I could pick up some pup cups and I went today and the lady said let me ask my boss and then she brought her manager out and he said his boss empty his office so he was looking for the cups and he found 2 bags of pup cups. His name was Jordan and he was so nice! He helped make my trunk or treat perfect.

Their line goes so slow… I come here everyday and it always takes 20-30 minutes to get through the line. This is an issue. Hire new people pls.

Its truly amazing I placed an online order about 515 . I arrived to pick up my order at 530 , sat in the drive through pickup window for 20min wile 5 employees ignored me . 550 I decided to call to see what's up . Was told they open at 530 . so why did I wait 20 min and didnt even get acknowledge till I called . Mind you 3 employees looked directly at me . Will be protesting starbucks keep an eye out hope I ruin sales

Whoever is making matchas with cold foam here needs to stop teaching it to everyone else! Every time I come here you can see no distinction between the matcha and the cold foam and then when you mention it they say “it’s in there I swear” but then you go to drink it and all you taste is matcha foam from being vigorously mixed in a blender and a hint of cold foam, please send help! They can’t make a decent matcha here and even though it’s the e closest one to my house I refuse to come here

It’s unfortunate that every starbucks is different and inconsistent. I ordered a strawberry açaí refresher with water and it was almost fully water with no strawberry inclusion. Sometimes when there is no strawberry the barista will add more syrup or something to make it a bit sweeter which I like but this location is always watered down so much and does not let me know that they’re out of strawberry so that I can change my order. With me being an empath, I feel bad asking for another drink to be made and go to waste since it is almost every single time I go.

This was actually my first & last due to the guy making a comment about my baby in the backseat who was crying and it seemed to really annoy him. Also my brown sugar shaken espresso tasted watered down & old.

Ridiculous. I ordered an almost $10 coffee, and when I opened the lid, thinking it felt light, it was only 3/4 full. If I wanted a grande, I would have ordered that. Smh...
