Great place for coffee if you enjoy paying for a venti but getting a tall in a venti cup! Sat in the drive through for 35 minutes (not their fault, I understand it's the day after Xmas), ordered 3 drinks and all three of them had a FULL INCH of empty cup above the whip cream. $6 for a cup of coffee and you can't even fill it to the top of the cup? Do better, Starbucks.

As a SSV, I’m always disgusted and disappointed with this location. Always have foul attitudes and dismissive. Don’t recommend this place whatsoever, management needs to coach their partners to their attitudes and customer service. I’m actually surprised this place is still open with the horrible service you always seem to get here.

Forgiving the extremely long wait in the drive thru; I ordered a medium coffee with three creams and got no cream. Ordered a breakfast sandwich which was tasty but did not receive a napkin. Help shortage? Won’t be back.

The service was terrible my sister had gotten her drink and mine. Mine was a Strawberry Acai Refresher lemonade with vanilla sweet cream cold foam. I had saw it they made it a pink drink my sister had asked nicely if they could put in more strawberry base. The girl proceeded to take it opened the lid added a little bit swished it around then put the lid back on. So when we got my drink back the cold foam was all over my cup. Then she stormed off.

We ordered Iced matcha latte today for me and my kid. I see only Ice and there was no matcha latte. Saw big ice cubes to fill the drink and literally no matcha latte at all. They are just enjoying our money
