Long long long wait and one of the employees was really rude to me , I ordered food and 2 lattes. The food came shortly after but the drinks took along time. I asked the barista (Grace) how long that it will take she said she could not find my order!!! Then she just ignored me when I asked how long it will take and snapped at me “whenever it comes I’ll make it”… then finally she made it , one of the latte was only half full. At that point I just left I was in a hurry… I never go back there again ! Very bad service and atmosphere! Starbucks used to be a friendly place….those days are gone:(

the worst starbucks in cape!! try to avoid this location they are always out of mango dragonfruit pieces and also just fill the drink up with straight lemonade and don’t even fill the cup all the way if you want to go to the best starbucks in cape it’s the one on surfside they are by far the best and very consistent!

I'm sorry I usually have a great experience but it's my birthday and first the app isn't showing my birthday reward ot course not the stores fault but I asked the gentleman for help and he said it didn't show up then was given a grande when I ordered a venti latte and I'm drinking pure milk because it wasn't remade rather than just adding more milk in. I'm a barista myself so I can tell the difference. Employees need more training.

Parking: It is difficult to leave your parking spot if you go in the store when the drive-thru is busy. The drive-thru blocks cars who may be trying to back out.
I usually like this Starbucks but this morning when I used my birthday reward, not only did she not say happy birthday, she didn’t even bother saying have a nice day lol. Just handed me drink & shut the window. Cool.

I went through the drive-through the lady that was on the headset was very rude. I don't know if she was overwhelmed. I took a couple sips out of my drink and noticed there was a fly in my drink. I'm very disappointed with this location

This location is always clean and organized. I come here often and the coffees are always made well and consistent. I order food often here as well and it’s always hot and fresh. I’ve even ordered delivery once and the food showed up super hot and fresh. The baristas are always nice and friendly as well.
