I don't understand how anybody can come here and spend $7 on a coffee $9 for a turkey sandwich that's been already cooked and sitting around just getting heated up I must be in the wrong business

I went about 30 mins before my shift at work and apparently the sticker was wrong. Even though I was late to work I had no problem waiting. Everyone working was moving very quickly and it was hard getting their attention. Except for Katy she was very helpful and got my drinks redone very quickly. She honestly made me feel like i was seen and i appreciated that. If your reading this Katy, it was good seeing you ?

Horrible! Staff is so miserable. I witnessed a staff member on her phone and completely ignoring us. Staff members shouldn't have access to their phones while on duty. That's what brakes are for. Not one of them had a friendly welcome approaching the counter to order. All I ordered was a plain cup of coffee and they couldn't even get that right. It was dirty water. Lastly I asked for their turbinado sugar and Staff member told me that she didn't have any when I was clearly looking right at the packets!!Needless to say they did not get a tip!!

Absolutely no sense of urgency making drinks or moving, completely blank expressions when you talk to any employee. I feel like I'm sitting in the twilight zone lol3 people in here, my app said my drink is done, and I'm still just sitting.

This Starbucks is deteriorating. I changed my macchiato recipe recently, but can't get it made the same way twice in a row. Some turnover in personnel may account for that. My favorite barista is nowhere to be seen. Everyone is helpful, something is just off here.

Ever since the remodel to this store I’ve never got a good cup of coffee once again I always got to get it remade so just make sure your cup is to your liking before leaving

This store has lost its charm, its service, and the quality of its coffee. Recently renovated by someone who must have been locked in solitary confinement since the 1960's, all the cozy comfortable atmosphere has been zapped away. It's now fake looking, dated, cramped, and the new furniture might well be the most uncomfortable and uninviting to sit in.Prior to the renovation, staffing was decent. At peak times you'd have to wait. Now since they've renovated the place to be smaller than the International Space Station, it seems like they've cut staff, if for any other reason than they can't fit that many people behind the counter. The baristas look tired, frustrated, and burned out. I don't blame them. Wait times have gone up and they are frequently out of product and call ahead ordering is frequently unavailable.The only thing wrong with the store prior to this terrible renovation idea was the awning over the drive thru always leaks. If you just washed or waxed your car, that was a hard no. You park and go inside.Guess what? Since the renovation, the only thing that needed fixed - the awning - still leaks like the Titanic.

That Was a Santa Monica Both Get 5 stars..Best to you and your familyRj TowneVegetarian options: Many pastries and no Meat in Any of Them! I can't think of anything At Starbucks that has Meat! Lots of Dairy though...Dietary restrictions: Plenty of options if you have say a lactose intolerance?Parking: It can Be A Little Rushed at Peak hrs.Wheelchair accessibility: Large Doors easy access.
