The place always does a great job. It is tough due to a tight parking lot. The employees tend to park by the door which is kind of a pain but not the end of the world.

Starbucks is undisputable (hope I spelled that right) still trying to find a store with better rating. They never really miss and I've been to quite a few. Came up on a free pumpkin spice sample today. Hope my ratings can stay the same all time.

I would like to say I was having kind of a down and out day and went to the drive-through to get myself an iced coffee and had a very pleasant experience!! I thought Patrick was the best drive-through attendant I’ve ever had. He made me laugh the minute I drove up because I could actually see him on the screen when I was placing my order and I have never seen that before! He continued to crack jokes and really brightened my day so I wanted to leave a nice review for him!! I will be back!!

Today I visited a store and there was a fly in the pastry shop so we told the employee and she said that they already knew but they didn't take it out so we didn't order anything from the area so another customer came and ordered pastries and they took it out. the display case and handed it to him. I think they should be more careful about that or the employee must have removed the fly the moment she saw it, it is unpleasant to know that perhaps we could have bought pastries and we don't know what has been on it. The employee only said that they already knew, we waited a few more minutes to see if they took out the Orange cake or the fly but neither of them. They should be aware of these types of inconveniences, especially being such a large franchise, because they are unpleasant things for customers.

I've tried to visit this location multiple times in the past week and there is simply a sign on the door which states "Store closed due to the weather" have been going to the Dunkin on Pondella instead.
