Went in after the usual spot was closed. Went in thinking I could get a sandwich with a coupon. Told that it didn't cover the certain sandwich. So I got the original sweet onion teriyaki. It was not their best effort in making this sandwich. Didn't ask if I wanted it toasted. So basically, I received a cold sandwich and not made very well. Won't go back to this place.

The lady that waited on us was hard to understand. She didn't greet us at all. We ordered 2 footlong subs and she started to give us a footlong and a half. Then, we ordered a roasted turkey and a black forest ham and she gave us a titan turkey sub and a home run ham sub. Which we didn't notice it until after we had paid and walked out. Which cost us even more. If she didn't understand what we wanted she should have asked. How much plainer can we get when we ask for a turkey and a ham subs. I won't be visiting that place again.

Disgusting. Absolutely disgusting. We spent $40 on subs and that was worse than getting subs at a 7/11 gas station. The meatball sub looked great, and then we got home and bit into the subs and each meatball was a different color, flavor and texture. The sauce and cheese tasted rancid. The tuna sub tasted extremely fishy and clearly old. The teriyaki chicken sub we got was inedible…the chicken was just fatty, stringy and you could literally taste the fridge and the metal container it was being held in. The cheese was literally just clumped on cause the girl was too lazy to pull the cheese apart. The veggies were brown besides a few. Disgusting. I have tried to call this location three times and no one will answer, after a long time they’ll pick the phone up and then just hang it up. I mean, I couldn’t be anymore disgusted. I wrote Subway through their website and still haven’t heard anything from them. Really, it was so disgusting I want a refund. We couldn’t get past one or two bites of a $40 order.

The Worst Subway I've Ever Eaten This Subway prickly pear sandwich was a culinary catastrophe in every way. Starting with the filling, the so-called "tuna" looked more like a tasteless gray paste than an actual fish. I was swimming in a puddle of cheap mayonnaise, which not only made the bread soggy and chewy, but eliminated any chance of finding a decent flavor.
The bread, which was supposed to support the entire sandwich, was drier than a sponge in the sun, and with each bite it crumbled as if it were made of old cardboard. The vegetables, if you can call them that, were pitiful: the lettuce brown and withered, the cucumbers limp, and the tomatoes practically transparent, as if they had spent weeks in a forgotten refrigerator.
The worst part was the smell: an unpleasant mix of old fish and mayonnaise, which made every bite a nauseating experience. Instead of a quick and satisfying lunch, it was a test of endurance. I never imagined that a prickly pear sandwich could reach such a level of mediocrity.

This restaurant has severely gone down hill. Used to be my number one go to stop as it's only a few miles down the road. My last 3 experiences have been horrible. It's as if they don't care about the quality of sandwich making. Sandwiches are always messy, missing ingredients and it's just bad service all around. Not greeted when you walk in the door. I told myself I'll give them one last shot thinking maybe they corrected their ways. I was wrong and seriously disappointed. My last order I had to drive all the way back and argue with the employees because my sandwiches were made with different meat and not following the order.This time, I asked for no pepper or salt on the roast beef and got pepper and salt. I also asked for tomato. And didn't get tomato. I'm sorry but it's not difficult to make a sandwich or read for that matter. It's sad that the employees don't care about the quality of the food they are sending out.

I don't know what happened but this place has gone downhill FAST. We have been going here for a year and a half and I won't be going back after the experience I had recently. The dude just stared at me while I tried to order and talk to him. They got super confused ringing up our order, over charged us. The meats and cheeses are all hidden now which is weird and I had to ASK the dude to change his gloves. He was just going back and forth between register and food with the same gloves. The people that worked here used to be clean and friendly. Highly disappointed.

Disgusting, to say the least. One of the guys handling our food touched EVERYTHING around him including the ordering system and immediately proceeded to handle more food afterwards with the same gloves. He was constantly wiping sweat on his arms while making sandwiches. The other guy preparing food was clearly suffering from the flu and should've been at home.Never coming here again, this place is a health risk.
This franchise has been bought out. Now they hide all the things you used to be able to see. Chicken Steak Cheese etc. The sandwich was made with cheese and a little bit of bacon. Could hardly see any chicken in this chicken ranch sandwich. I won't go there again.

Looks like they already took my post down from a few weeks ago.Hair in the sub and we went back to refund with the uneaten sandwiches the old lady grabbed our bag and threw it in the trash and said to never come back.Be aware, very unsanitary!
