Very poor service. Walked in to order. We were the only ones there and the man working did not acknowledge that we came in and continued to put cheese on bread. Waited several minutes and then left.
The vegetables looked awful. The bread hard. Radio very very loud. Clean. I took a couple of bites and tossed it. A waste of money
I will not be visiting this location or any subway after to day .
I went there on April 14th I didn’t have a good experience they had no meat, no buns and poor service and I didn’t receive all of my food smh 🤦🏻♀️
Poor services. Refused to sell us the new breads saying those are not ready. Force us to use their old breads by saying those are the only available. Then, while we were sitting there eating, they sold the new breads to the 4th customer in line.
Arrived five minutes after my order was to be ready. Sandwiches left open on the counter and employee sweeping floor. I had to be somewhere and they refused to finish adding ingredients to my sandwiches because the other employee was busy with something else. Took my sandwiches and they shorted my cookies and drinks. They refuse to reimburse or supply missing food.
Aj and prince did a fantastic job with me today they helped me get everything I wanted and needed also made me laugh and keep the energy going I think they a need a raise
Terrible both times I’ve gone there. First time out of turkey for my club & didnt bother to add more Ham or bacon to replace it. Just left there now and 1 of the 3 subways was ridiculous. Wrong bread that was rock hard and falling apart. 2 of them should have been identical and looked nothing like each other. They won’t answer the phone and were jerks when I picked up the order.
I was there around 5:30pm on Monday, while waiting I was looking around. My turn came, told what I wanted, and watched, he grabbed the meatballs from a metal container, I asked if they were fresh, he said yes, not, the time posted on the tin said 9:30am-1:30pm! I asked about it, his response was something about not being busy & his brother didn’t change the time, I call bullshit! When I got home, I began eating my Italian and the bread was stale could hardly chew it, hurt my teeth! The attitude was horrible! I will never go there again and I will tell everyone I know to do the same! I highly recommend the subway on del prado and Cornwallis. Friendly and most of all fresh, I should never have tried this other one!! Please heed my warning!! This subway should be sold or closed permanently! Surprised the health department hasn’t caught them yet, shame on them!!

Never going back about 40 minutes after I got home I started feeling dizzy and sick to my stomach so I started looking at the reviews. The employee I had was weird. He didn’t talk and just stood there and stared and yes like other people said he was from India and seemed dirty.

Right now I am in this place, unfortunately, the boy who served me did not know any Spanish. He went to look for the manager, I suppose, to ask for help and he shouted at him four times. The boy with a sad face came back to me and tried. I ate the most delicious bread there. But I'm leaving disappointed in the other's attitude, it seems like an Indian, I don't know, but his attitude was quite rude. Take action on the matter. We don't deserve to be discriminated against by anything or anyone. Thank you to the guy who helped me because you tried and did it very well. good ?

I love subway don't get me wrong but this place is the only place that close to me and walking distance but the workers there are rude I came in today on 8/25/24 because they had a bogo going on and today was the last day so I go online to get the deal and to my surprise Yet again there online is not available but mean while every single subway around me the online is working just fine there excuse was the weather was bad but it's clean and sunny I wasn't gonna argue with them just took my sub and left not coming back here again if you dont want your customers to use the bogo don't post it on ur website just saying

I had a mobile coupon for 3 subs and they would not accept it they said it must be in paper form. I scanned the bar code and it went through but they still refused to accept it...so I paid double the price for and they still had the audacity to mention I did not leave a tip. I would not recommend anyone to patronize this Subway.
