It is sad that your employee couldn’t fix me a sandwich I work for Cape Coral hospital and our cafeteria was closed tonight Sunday I take lunch at 2:30 the nurse in the er told me to go now cause she didn’t know what time subway closed I get there 2:29 and he said he is closed so why was the door open why was his stove still on why couldn’t he make me a sandwich that would have taken him 2 minutes of his time!! The other guy Spanish one young kid would have taken care of me you need more guys like him and not this heartless man I made a video I plan to share my experience

I ordered doordash and I asked for a PRO and they delivered a regular. They sent a message to doordash stating they didn't have the ingredients to make it a PRO. They did not offer to reimburse the price difference between a regular foot long and a pro and instead still charged me a PRO. They tried to rip us off and when I called they said to deal with doordash and it was not their problem since I didn't prefer from their app I ordered thru doordash. They made the mistake on my order not doordash. Doordash decided to refund my entire order, which I don't think they should've had to. It wasn't their fault it was subways. Subway was rude and refused to discuss the issue with me. I would give 0 stars to this restaurant
