This is my favorite subway in all of SWFL and the only one I go to now. First things first, AJ has a wonderful attitude! He’s always in a great mood and happy to make your sub exactly how you want it. It’s a pleasure coming in every single time! I love cheese and I always get triple shredded cheese on my chicken bacon ranch. All the other subways give me three little pinches of cheese and will charge me three times then always give me attitude when I kindly ask for more cheese. I don’t mind paying for extra cheese at all but please put it on the sub. AJ remembered my order after only a few times coming in. Thank you so much AJ for just being a kind person. If you want a great sub and a great conversation, I highly recommend stopping in at this location!

I been there 4 times in this month, one day they did not had salami to make my sandwich, second time no spinash, third time no tomatoes and again this time spinash looking old and toaster no working. Always one employee the same one who os always bored btw. I dont know whats wrong with this sub location but management could def improve things if they could care a bit bc this franchise is know by their fresh products and delicios subs but tbey alwsys misisng something primary. Who ever management is is not doing it right that place is always dead. Ima keep going just bc is near by me but man i do not like it and seem to be a forgotten place.

Service was terrible. My friend walked out when they mosgendered her several times despite being corrected... today we went there and the same guy claiming to be the manager (rej) decided to tell me the story out of nowhere. They preceded to keep misgendering her despite my protests as well. Their food is some of the least fresh ive seen too. 0/5

As a 1st time customer to this particular location… I was somewhat impressed with the gentleman behind the counter, as there was a line of people waiting to be served. The young man systematically worked each order, never showing any anxiety or aggression towards his patrons, he was however, a little difficult to understand but we worked through it. I ordered 3 different foot long sandwiches & each one was perfectly prepared. Will definitely be back.

Ordered online, first mistake. Very little meat & all vegetables. *Order inside to make sure you actually have meat on your sub. The man refuses to give a tiny cup of sauce on the side. Didn’t put sauce on my sub and wanted it on the side because I was sharing with my 4 year old daughter who can’t eat spicy sauce. Ordered online & waited to leave until food was ready. Ended up waiting 15 minutes on top of it saying it was ready. Not a fan of this man at this location.
