You should be ashamed of what you sent out for delivery! We received our order which was missing items, the bread was so old it fell apart, and browned lettuce and tomatoes that should have been thrown in the trash. Is this how you manage orders for delivery?

We placed a mobile order for pick up and my boyfriend went in. He was greeted by a young lady cleaning the floor who greeted him and asked if he needed her help at all but since we placed our order through the app of course he didn’t. I ordered the cheesy garlic steak sub toasted and it was made so well. The bread was toasted slightly, the sub had special instructions and they were followed to my request. My boyfriend order the chicken teriyaki and as always that is a fan favorite. We like this location for our mobile orders and will continue to come back as our food is always great and have good service when picking up. Sorry there is no pick of the chicken sub but trust me when I say the cheesy steak sub was yummy. Also the subkrunch bits are little pieces of crunch corn. Great job Subway.

Two customers in front of me and I just left because the two Indian guys have no sense of service or customer service. I only ever order with the nice female that’s been working there for a while now. She’s great and fantastic and nice to customers and SAYS hi or welcome unlike the two Indians.

I picked up an order that was submitted on the app (while my husband and son were putting up hurricane shutters) and it was made exactly as ordered! Not only that but it was a large order and the young man helped me get the chips and drinks and then helped me carry it all out to my car in the rain. He was an exceptional employee! Subway needs a lot more like him.

The food was absolutely incredible, I am a manager at the nearby Westin hostel and the customer service was amazing. I asked the gentleman to toast my bread 2 times and he was more than happy to. Along with good size portions couldn’t say enough about this worker. His name is

This location keep going down hill every time that I go there. Today Mandeep was behind the counter and as soon as he saw that I had a corporate coupon he yelled with a bad attitude something regarding my coupon that I could not understand, so the other nice guy behind the counter translate for me that I would not be able to use coupons on everything and explained the details. So I asked Mandeep if they have Chicken Salad Sandwich and he said yes, so he proceeded to start preparing my sandwich and I added without asking a lot of Mayonnaise to it. I told him that I did not ask for Mayo and proceeded to tell me that this is how he made the chicken salad sandwich. So I said let's do something simpler that it is already made, so I changed for tuna sandwich, and again he proceeded to add the same amount of mayo to my sandwich and I said that I did not want all that mayo in my sandwich, he mistreated me and it was super rude finishing the rest of my sandwich and got kind of upset when I asked for a receipt.So be aware if you still go to this location that some of their employees have a horrible customer service and are very rude and condescending with the customers.

Hubby ordered the meatball sub. Was supposed to be toasted. Was not toasted. The meatballs & sauce were ICE COLD! Green peppers could have been sliced thinner. Won't be going back. It reminded us why we stopped going a long time ago. Disappointed nothing has changed

This store has been without air conditioning for over a week and the workers are working so hard and sweating to death inside. While I waiting for my food i was dying of heat. And I ordered for pick up. Please bless these workers working in these conditions and pray that they have a much more comfortable cooler work environment sooner than later. This is unacceptable

Absolutely horrible service and appalling conditions. Two people were working, one making sandwiches and the other standing at the register watching. The customer in front of me needed 4 sandwiches which were made one at a time, That is clear to any regular Subway customer that it's not the way its usually done. It just takes too long. To make matters worse, we spend 30 seconds on each sandwich watching the toaster. After 10 minutes and two sandwiches are complete I was getting frustrated and start looking around. I noticed flies all over the food and it was about 90⁰ in the store, but neither of those things seemed to bother the employees. I was kinda grossed out by then so rather than investing another 10 minutes I left. I chalk the acceptance of the flies and the elevated temps up to culture differences. . Anyway, I'll never go back to that Subway.
