There ice machine is been broken for months, they can't even buy bags of ice, fountain drinks are hot, not good for business.

The worst experience I have ever had in my life. When I walked in there was no one there at all for 6 minutes. When I asked for my sandwich to be toasted the lady decided to put sweet onion teriyaki sauce on my sandwich and I didn't want it, but she told me it will cook better even though I didn't want it on my sandwich, and then decides to put a ton of lettuce on my sandwich to the point it looked like a salad.

They had only two types of bread available. Fountain drink machine was down (no carbonation) and I was charged for having to get bottled soda. They also didn’t have the selection of chips as the other locations do.

Worst subway ever the owner is a cheapskate wouldn't accept my coupon never told us certain subs were not allowed to use the coupons. He has a terrible attitude. I suggest not going to this subway. 40 dollars for 3 subs what a joke
Walked in to order dinner for my family. After standing there for over 5 minutes, they finally decided to recognize me. They stated you have to wait we have online orders that come before walkin customers. The young man was working hard the other man seems worthless. He didn't even want to barely put vegetables on the subs. I continued to keep saying add more as he was skimping badly on every sub. I highly recommend going to a different location as they are very rude and nasty to females as well. Our steak subs that were supposed to be toasted were still ice cold.
My food was cold i ordered a egg and bacon with veggies they eggs and veggies never even got heated once i ordered many times and it was good but this time it was horrible not even cooked !
I placed an order online for delivery for a foot long and a soda. The delivery was incomplete due to missing soda. I called the place over and over until finally someone picked it up. It sounded like an Indian guy. I told him about the delivery and he just said sorry. I asked for his name and he just said they are busy. I said all I need was his name and that's it, but he hung up on me! This the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
Tuna salad seemed skimpy, couldn't see it at all under the cheese. The tables were messy and neither worker greeted me when I walked in.
The worst subway experience I have ever had. It angers me so much I don’t even want to give details. Just don’t go.

You should be ashamed of what you sent out for delivery! We received our order which was missing items, the bread was so old it fell apart, and browned lettuce and tomatoes that should have been thrown in the trash. Is this how you manage orders for delivery?

We placed a mobile order for pick up and my boyfriend went in. He was greeted by a young lady cleaning the floor who greeted him and asked if he needed her help at all but since we placed our order through the app of course he didn’t. I ordered the cheesy garlic steak sub toasted and it was made so well. The bread was toasted slightly, the sub had special instructions and they were followed to my request. My boyfriend order the chicken teriyaki and as always that is a fan favorite. We like this location for our mobile orders and will continue to come back as our food is always great and have good service when picking up. Sorry there is no pick of the chicken sub but trust me when I say the cheesy steak sub was yummy. Also the subkrunch bits are little pieces of crunch corn. Great job Subway.

Two customers in front of me and I just left because the two Indian guys have no sense of service or customer service. I only ever order with the nice female that’s been working there for a while now. She’s great and fantastic and nice to customers and SAYS hi or welcome unlike the two Indians.

I picked up an order that was submitted on the app (while my husband and son were putting up hurricane shutters) and it was made exactly as ordered! Not only that but it was a large order and the young man helped me get the chips and drinks and then helped me carry it all out to my car in the rain. He was an exceptional employee! Subway needs a lot more like him.
