I ordered the green tea ice cream with boba thinking it was matcha and they gave me a bland unsweet gross drink and when i asked for a remake the owner flat out said no and gave me more ice cream instead. The drink tasted sooo bad, there was no creaminess at all.

I can not say enough good things about this place! Not only did it taste amazing!!!!!! But the atmosphere and customer service was out of this world amazing! So patient so kind and so helpful for our first time trying boba and knowing nothing! Did not feel rushed or used for my money! Love this place!

We were visiting Fort Myers on vacation and found this bubble tea place. This is our 3rd visit. The tea quality and consistency is outstanding. This way better then some other chains such as Gong Cha or Kung-Fu Tea. The owner is very pleasant as well. I highly recommend this place. Top marks.
Originally a long time ago when I tried this place I left a 4 star but after returning over the years, this place is perfect. It's my favorite spot to come to every time I visit the area and the man who is always working here is so kind, he always has a nice smile and is so polite!
