Pulled up at 2:52am for a late order for 6 people. Place clearly says open til 3am. Saw people cleaning the grill after I pulled up to the window after being ignored at the order station in drive thru. Knocked, honked, and watched them ignore me. We live about ten houses behind this place on the same side of del prado. We grab from this place 5+ times a week. Never a problem with day crew. Night crew is ridiculous. I'm sure it's management. Literally a $40+ order. Should've just fired up the grill. I'll be calling tomorrow.

Sat at drive through order station for 4 minutes. Nobody new I was here. Tried calling, honking. What's up? Is this place closed??

I ended up getting my incorrect order,went home just to come back. They're already closed... Wtf?

Never have I spent more than 30 minutes in a drive though, until now. Ridiculous. Rude customer service to top it off.

You might as well just tell them how many people you’re feeding and let them decide what to sell you. Because you’re not going to get what you order anyway 🤣
Honestly, I recommend this taco bell to nobody, nor will I ever purchase taco bell again in general. There's always something wrong, and the employees never get better.

Ordered off the Taco Bell app.Cheese quesadilla was paper thin. One corner was just pretty much bread.Not counting my first time using the app, didn't go so well with delivery.

Everytime we order extra sides of nacho cheese we get 2 ounce cups that only have 1 ounce in them. It's a rip off! If they're only going to fill them half way they should cut the price in half. Never get the sauces we ask for either. Very disappointed.

I just went through the drive through and had to pull way ahead past the ordering speaker in an effort to try and see the menu board. I still could barely see anything on the board due to the placement and sun (well known issue at this location). I then pulled forward to the ordering window to place my order nobody was in line behind me. The kid told me if I wanted to drive back around to order at the speaker and I said no she then asked me if I wanted to come in and I refused. I said why can’t I order at this window? She said it’s policy I can’t order at the window. Whatever policy this is, is absurd. Fix your menu board and serve your customers. Completely unnecessary!!!

Check your order. We’ve been there twice and order is not correct. Even used the app the second time to make sure it was correct. That time half the order was missing. Normally would not care but Taco Bell costs as much as going out now. Make sure to check before you leave. This is what they do. How hard can it be.

This has to be one of the worst Taco Bell’s in SW Florida and of course it’s convenient to my location! “go figure” DO NOT RELY ON GOOGLE REVIEWS!!! Yelp will tell it all go look for yourself. I’m not even going to rant just go look at yelp and everything they are saying is 100% the truth I’m not sure how they are not closed down at this point. Just ridiculous I’m calling health service in the morning no joke.

Every time I visit this location, the fountain drinks consistently taste like carbonated water with a hint of flavor. No matter which drink I choose from the drive-thru, the result is the same—unpleasant and undrinkable. My Mexican Pizza also required a fork due to how it was prepared, which made it difficult to enjoy.
When I mentioned the issue with the drinks to the staff, the response was dismissive, with a shrug of the shoulders as if the matter was unimportant. It's disappointing that, despite what I assume are multiple complaints, the problem has not been addressed. This lack of attention reflects poorly on Pepsi products, as the issue seems to stem from improper maintenance or handling at this location. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and resolves the matter to improve the customer experience.

The past five times I've been here they've gotten the order wrong. It's really not that hard to read a screen and see to remove tomatoes I have no problems that any other Taco bells in the area but this one. The people are nice and the food is good but they just need to pay attention to the orders and make sure the right toppings are on/off the order. I don't know if it's lack of training or lack of care but something needs to change This is getting ridiculous.
