What happened Taco Bell? This is not the same taco bell I grew up enjoying! This is more like finger food for 10× the price. It's like they are trying to go out of business. Eat there once and you will see why you would have been a lot better off chosing anywhere else

This place was busy. So my food was fresh and hot.
Went in for some tacos and was disappointed because the chicken meat quality I wouldn’t even give it to my dog. Come Taco Bell employees slow down look at the meat before putting it in the taco shouldn’t be difficult to do. Pretend it’s for you.

Taco Bell on Hancock really disappointed me so much. I mean I understand the qualities been going downhill for quite a while now, but I got three party packs for $83 last night and each one of the 36 tacos had like a pinch of meat. I can’t even say a spoonful because it wasn’t a spoonful. And before anyone comes at me, we ordered ahead and gave plenty of time for them to make the order. Come on man! do better please!

This was one of the best taco bell’s i have ever been to. The lady who took my order was very patient with me and very kind. The service was amazing and the food came out hot. We came very late at night around 2:30 AM and it was exceptional.

Did a online order and it took 45mins to get my food. I had to go in person to check on my order.They said they didn't receive my order. Showed them my confirmation order for them to tell me my order was thrown out of the system. Very slow service here. Just go to the drive thru if you want faster service. Employee looked it they didn't want to work.
