I just paid $4.99 for a Chalupa that was so hard you could break a tooth on it!!!! It was a to go order so I wasn't aware of it until I got all the way home!!!

I don’t usually post negative reviews, but this one deserves to be shared, especially since I haven’t heard back from the management at this location.
On October 11th, I placed an order through the Taco Bell app for myself and my kids. Being in my first trimester, I’ve been craving Taco Bell (don’t ask me why!), but what I received that night was beyond disappointing. The food looked old, sloppy, and poorly prepared, honestly, it was terrible quality. Everything was cold, bland, and just thrown together with zero care.
What makes this worse is that I’ve purchased from this location several times since moving to Cape, and up until now, I’ve always been satisfied. But this experience was so bad that it genuinely made me upset and I’m still upset about it. It’s unacceptable for any customer to receive food that looks and tastes this way, especially from a place I typically enjoy.
I wish I had taken photos to show just how bad it was, it truly felt like a joke. The least management could do is respond or make it right, but unfortunately, that hasn’t happened.

I order this place regularly through delivery apps and I’ve been constantly disappointed. I love places like Taco Bell cause I work weird hours and they're open late. This one SUCKS. I've given them multiple chances. My SO can't stand tomatoes and I love them. Tonight everything I ordered for him had tomatoes. Everything I received for my order didn't. I was missing an entire order of nachos too. The last time I ordered I wanted the frozen strawberry drink. They didn't have it and just substituted some kind of green Mountain Dew drink. The time before that I ordered and they were out of beef. They offered steak or chicken at no extra charge. The only issue? I had specifically ordered everything to be with beef because it’s the only thing I like there. Don't waste your time.

update place horrible still staff unattentive waited 5 minutes at counter after I tried to ask staff is anyone at the counter they said another few minutes seriously Noone in the place all they cared about was the drive thru avoid this taco bell

Super unorganized! A friend of mine went here not too long ago and was told he had to wait an hour FOR AN ONLINE ORDER HE ALREADY PLACED. Also super slow, they don't even use the front counter for orders, and the food was below average. Honestly if you want taco bell just go to one of the other 10 in the area this ones not worth your time.
