Absolute disgrace, ordered online and spent $45+ and I was told that “the list is 5 pages long can I just cancel your order”Pathetic customer service, this place is crawling with door dashers touching everyone’s food while the kitchen is beeping in chaos and employees are clearly prioritizing drive thru.After all this, I was told that because it’s an online order they cannot refund me, what a joke I will never eat Taco Bell again and this location needs am overhaul in staff, 0/10 if I could.Thanks for taking my money and not supplying the food we will just starve tonight!!!

Rude lady just screaming at everyone to use the kiosk that walks in. Not hello please use the kiosk just yelling it. Nobody even knows who she's talking to. She's not even looking at them. They are 80 years old approximately. They left because of how they were treated. She refused to help them. Red hair with glasses she's a terrible person. Food tasted like chemicals. I can't wait till the robots start making the food. At least it will be right. And they won't have an attitude. Also a medium drink is about 2 sips.

The fact that you guys keep the lobby open late but don't allow customers to order without giving any indication of that at all wastes your customers time and is just overall a dumb policy. Whoever okayed that should be demoted. If your lobby is open then serve the customers.

In my opinion one of the best fast food chains in the USA. Everything is very clean and the food is very fresh. I'll definitely go here again. It's a shame that this chain isn't available in Germany.

Went in to order and nobody took my order for quite awhile so I asked if anyone was working the counter! I was rebuffed stating we are short handed. I understand but nowadays they fill the uber eats and others before patrons showing up to get there own food! That's why I stopped going to restaurants for to go food! Sad state of affairs today;(
