Burger Den by Denny's. Two burgers for $34.04, Might be great burgers. No, only average burgers. Also, 4 onion rings in the first burger box and 3 in the next box. Ripped off. Super hard to just write to them an email. No way to explain to the Denny's corporation without giving them every bit of personal information short of my Social Security number.

Ordered from grub hub, waited over an hour and the restaurant cancelled our order. We’re visiting from out of town and didn’t have a car to get something else. Long day of traveling with kids and now we are waiting for a pizza to be delivered after midnight. Don’t order.

Angie our door dash driver signed for the food never delivered it trying to get your money back is insane. I called the burger den to see why they cancelled my order after over 1 hour. That’s when I was told door dash stole my order I received a call from door dash that night confirming that I did not get my order and said I would get a refund within 3 days. Still no refund. Avoid ordering on the burger den app. Now 2 weeks later I get the run around. Door dash can’t find my order and needs my order number; which I never had!!

This is the 3rd or maybe 4th time I have visited this location and had to wait over 1/2 hr for my food. Last time I walked out the time before that I waited 1 hr to be seated and and additional hr to get my food. It is as shame they take care of the take out orders first. The only good thing about this place is their sever and cashier. Very pleasant and patient. Food has gone done hill as well. And before you make a smart remark. I have been going to this place for over 20 years and I am a cape coral resident.
The food was awful. The meat tasted like it was old and going bad. After the first bite we smelled it as well. The fries were cold but tasted ok. We threw almost all of it away and hopefully we don't get sick from the little bit we ate. Thankfully I had a 50% off coupon from uber or I'd be yelling for a refund. Nasty!
