Wow 🤩 I can’t say enough good things about this spot. I recently moved to the area, and have been looking for good, easy, quick and healthy food options. Thankfully I was in the mood for a protein shake and looked up the closest one to me. The Mix, I mean you walk in and you are greeted by owners (husband and wife) they were extremely nice and helpful as they have so many options, as it was my first time I didn’t know where to start. They have all of the ingredients and calorie/Sugar numbers anything you would need if you were tracking calories, Not only that but along with getting a protein shake, included with the price of the shake, you get a Shot of aloe, Which was explained to me to be very good for your gut and then a flavored tea Which I did upgrade for an energy boost. And the cute little atmosphere was so inviting. I sat there while I drink my shake. I seriously love it.

The owner is the sweetest! My coffee was delicious, and the little kids that came in after me kept raving about how much they loved their drinks too. All around great place.

I went in there while waiting for a friend to finish up at the salon. We got a protein coffee and a natural tea. 10 out of 10 delicious and 10 out of 10 on clean stable energy that lasted all day. Be warned a medium can last you about two servings of energy. I saved mine and drank drank the other half the next day. I felt wonderful, no stomach ache from the tea, which I usually get whenever I drink monsters or energy drinks. Not to mention, the staff was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and helpful

Came to The Mix with my husband today while on vacation to check it out. The owners were so polite and friendly. They explained everything to us so well and took the time to explain it to us and make sure we felt welcome. This is by far the best nutrition shake place in Southwest Florida. The shakes were also delicious and the prices were great! Will definitely come back when we visit again.

Stumbled upon this cute shop while I was in the area. Owners were so welcoming and friendly. I tried one of the many teas and was not disappointed. Great low cal options. Definitely need to try a smoothie next time. Love to support a small business.

Wonderful service and great people! Delicious healthy drink/food (and normally I don't believe those two things can go together) but my vanilla PB cheesecake protein shake was delicious! Thanks so much!

This place is great. Who doesn't love low cal, high protein, tasty smoothies and drinks? The complimentary drinks while you're waiting for them to prep your order is a nice touch too. Super friendly service and clean atmosphere. 10/10 will definitely be back.

WONDERFUL Mom and Pop shop serving amazing healthy drinks. The owners are fantastic people and have a huge menu with a ton of natural healthy options. I got the protein coffee with 22.5 grams of protein - I've never had anything like it! Delicious and a great pick-me-up. Definitely stop by to grab a drink and chat - I even took a picture with them!

This is the best protein shake spot around! Nothing around here is quite like this! They have every possible flavor you could want and tons of healthy options! We like going on Sundays after church and they even have NFL football on!
