I went in there while waiting for a friend to finish up at the salon. We got a protein coffee and a natural tea. 10 out of 10 delicious and 10 out of 10 on clean stable energy that lasted all day. Be warned a medium can last you about two servings of energy. I saved mine and drank drank the other half the next day. Came to The Mix with my husband today while on vacation to check it out. The owners were so polite and friendly. They explained everything to us so well and took the time to explain it to us and make sure we felt welcome. This is by far the best nutrition shake place in Southwest Florida. The shakes were also delicious and the prices were great! Will definitely come back when we visit again.

Stumbled upon this cute shop while I was in the area. Owners were so welcoming and friendly. I tried one of the many teas and was not disappointed. Great low cal options. Definitely need to try a smoothie next time. Love to support a small business.
