service biggest issue! food was ice cold

This is one of our weekly places- we have been busy and haven’t been in 2 weeks and we’re pleasantly surprised with the new menu! Omg- delish as always! Pics are in the comments⬇️ Hubby had the grilled pork chops and I had the blackened shrimp skewers with angel hair pasta and broccoli! Absolutely amazing!

Place is going downhill fast the service anymore is absolutely horrendous...wth is going on.

Love the fish sandwich but this time ordered takeout and they chose not to put any on the sandwich or on the side even though I specifically requested it. Ordered mahi tacos for my wife and it always comes with mango salsa which is a favorite that comes standard on the tacos. They chose not to put it on or include it on the side. Maybe the cook had a bad day.

Torched is a must-visit for us when we're in SW Florida! Excellent food, great kid friendly menu, and some darn good brussel sprouts to boot. love the outdoor dining availability too.

Good size place to eat inside and some outside. Has a decent size menu.has great srvice and a friendly staff.

If you haven’t been to Torched Bar & Grill in Cape Coral yet, you’re seriously missing out! This place is an absolute gem, with a fantastic atmosphere, delicious food, and an exceptional bar staff that truly makes the experience unforgettable.

Great stop after softball game. Food Great, service was fast. I had the Brussels sprouts appetizer very good, others had chicken tacos and beef tacos. All excellent

Staff was great, but some caveats:

1. Apps came fast, but when we asked for plates, the server (not our waitress) gave us only two plates and they were dirty!
2. Brussel sprout appetizers were nearly cold, but flavorful.
3. My dish came out fast, but we had to wait on the other three dishes for over 15 minutes! I was eating alone.
4. Tiki rice came to me scorched and half done.
5. Foreign object in one of our dishes and no one, even the staff had a clue what it was.

Our waitress was phenomenal and it was obvious to us all, the cooks were screwing things up. Joey the manager was understanding and kind. He comped us ( I didn't want that, just his awareness), but the experience was not a good one. I would not recommend this place.
