As always, the smoothies are amazing. But I specifically wanted to give a shout out to Noah for being so welcoming and nice. He always has a smile on his face and it always telling me and my girlfriend to have a great day even when he doesn’t take our order.

Went there on free smoothie day and the lady behind the register with the Jersey accent was great! Very personable and helpful. Would return again just for her lol.

Great place I just wish they would get the order right the first time so I don’t have to do a U turn in traffic and come back to get it made right the second time, if they mess up they will always correct it which is good

I don’t know what’s happening lately with the food at this location. The food used to be the best but, in the last few months I have ordered a few times and it’s been a disappointment after disappointment. I don’t know if it’s the people working there or tropical smoothie lower its level of quality.. I just ordered two chicken quesadillas one just chicken and cheese and they made it with just cheese no chicken at all. And it looks so small. The second was a Santa Fe. Same thing, it barely had anything and also looked so small. I ordered a chipotle chicken flatbread to be delivered a few weeks back and when I open my wrap it has a bunch of lettuce that fell everywhere, it had no flavor at all just a sad sad wrap. It’s very sad have this location serving this kind of food. It used to be my favorite place to go and eat with my daughters .

i was extremely hungry so i decided to hit up the tropical smoothie on santa barbra blvd’s drive thru, i ordered a three cheese chicken quesadilla with extra chicken and a buffalo chicken wrap. The woman taking my order repeated the extra chicken request after i ordered everything, i pay and i go on my way back to work. i get to work and i open my food i was so desperately waiting to eat just to discover my quesadilla was nothing but a tortilla shell with a little bit of cheese on it… and no chicken. i then with a small glimpse of hope open the buffalo wrap, and to my surprise it looked like it had stuff inside of it. after eating the wrap i noticed there was only 4 to 5 small chicken pieces in it. i was very disappointed if i wanted to buy a tortilla shell i woulda went to walmart and got 25 for 3 bucks not to tropical smoothie for a singular tortilla shell for nearly 10 bucks. peanut paradise smoothie was good tho👍🏽

I haven't been to a Tropical Smoothie that I don't absolutely LOVE! They are extremely organized even when they are extremely busy. There are very healthy options when it comes to food and once you get their smoothies, you tend to Crave them. Even with the smoothies there are options to make them healthy or make them like a dessert. It's truly up to you. I order the health nut smoothie which is no longer on the menu. I advised them not to add any sugar but add peanut butter and some yogurt. Can't Get Enough of it and I look forward to it every day! What I don't like about this place and every other place that does this, is that they ask you to tip. I'm tipping them for doing their job? I don't get it.

I’m not sure what’s going on with this location, but we’ve been here 3 times in a month to find that they weren’t open during normal business hours. When we do catch them open, they’re decent but sucks when we drive 15 minutes to come here to find a sign on the door.

This place acts like a restaurant .. please stop it, your fast food !... not complaining about food or product .. just this place takes longer than. What it needs to be .... most is prepackaged.. please get better...let's get quicker people, stop actng like your "preparing food"
