I went to Wendy’s on Cape Coral Parkway yesterday. The ice machine had run water all over the floor in puddles and there were mud clots mixed in it was a disgrace. The little girl at the counter, taking our order, had her head hanging over and said she was sick. looking behind the counter, you could see food and scraps and trash underneath the stove and the warmers the place was a disgrace, not only that all the water would be a certain hazard. I went thru the drive thru today at 1045 and ordered 3 double bacon cheeseburgers and two value fries paid and was asked to pull up to the door and wait.
waited about 5 more minutes and recieved my order everything was correct was two burgers were cold and the other was pretty much raw. I have tried calling all day and it's busy signal all day.
this is at 12:15
ordered a Dbl combo .. soda machine was not in service ... burger was cold cheese not even close to melted .. ketchup tasted Spoiled & fizzy ... and not a 1 napkin at the service station ... First time ever have I asked for my money back...
