Today I visited Wendy’s and had a very unpleasant experience. The environment felt hostile, the employees had a very poor attitude, and the place was dirty and poorly maintained. As a customer, I do not deserve to be treated that way. The manager was also extremely rude. This is definitely the last time I go.

By far the worst Wendy's we have in town. My girlfriend on the way home surprised me with dinner. And I was unfortunately very disappointed, the burger patties were burnt and dry and I always add lettuce and tomato to my Burgers there to which they did but they forgot to put the stuff that originally comes on it. Fries were old, stale and tastes like the fryer oil has not been changed in a while. And oddly enough there was a raw fry with our fries.

Drive-Thru Visit Food was cold, part of order was left out so I had to park and go inside to retrieve the missing item. Took an extremely long period of time to be served and it wasn't busy in the restaurant or drive thru when I was there. Employees too busy on their phones instead of paying attention to doing the job they are there getting paid to do.
Very disorganized, 4 employees were in the back talking. 3 customers waiting to even be acknowledged

Mold everywhere in the ceilings smelled so bad inside and the food was horrible. All the drink options on the coke machine were out. Never again will I eat here
