Everything on my Order was so wrong except the Diet Coke. Like how do you mess this up this bad. Got a bacon cheeseburger they put onions, pickles, bacon and the burger instead of what it actually is supposed to be. Got 4 nuggets instead of the 6 I paid for.

Unfortunately, our visit to this Wendy’s was anything but pleasant. The restaurant is in a shockingly bad condition: the ceilings were partially covered with mold and there was an unpleasant smell everywhere. An inviting atmosphere looks different - you definitely can't sit down to eat here.
The food itself was mediocre, neither particularly good nor particularly bad. A small ray of hope was the friendly employee at the checkout, who tried hard despite the circumstances and left a positive impression.
All in all, we wouldn't recommend this Wendy's unless it undergoes a major renovation.

This place needs to have a full renovation or condemn it. Nothing is clean, ants on the service counter, carpets are so dirty they are almost black, mold on ceiling tiles, complete s-hole. To be honest, it is disgraceful to Wendy's brand. This franchise owner should be stripped of their store. 100%

Excellent customer service, foods always hot, always fresh. You can tell the difference in quality between this Wendy’s and the one off of Pine Island. Larry is nice and friendly and eager to please. I would give him and the rest of the staff at this location a 10/10.
