I have never had a problem with this Wendy’s before, usually the staff on at night are efficient and friendly and fast. Tonight on the other hand was horrible, we sat in line for over 20 minutes waiting for our food, that was the wrong food when we got home. I also didn’t get my BBQ Sauce, the staff seemed like they were overwhelmed, and no one was talking to guest nicely or efficiently! I would have to say it will be awhile before I go back again.

Cannot order from a human being inside the dining room. We were told that all ordering must be done on the kiosk, and if you don't like it they are nice enough to tell you to have a nice day before walking away from you.

I asked my hubby to grab some breakfast for us at the golf course. We all wanted the chicken biscuit so I needed a minimum of 10. The lady refused to sell more than 5 to my hubby so they wouldn't run out of biscuits. What???? Either way, you're selling them. Make more! Poor guy went to another Wendy's to get the other 5. The employees were happy. I guess we'll go to the other Wendy's next time we wasn't to treat the co-workers.

Restaurant was dirty, the new taco salad was just okay (prepackaged) and staff struggled to provide correct toppings. Strawberry swirl shake was horrible. Wendy's junior hamburger was not good. I will avoid this place from now on. Staff is untrained.

Everytime I order from here I have food missing. Well today I decided to give them another chance after a while(which was a big mistake) & I still had food missing. Called to speak to the manager and she was very rude saying they weren’t responsible for it. DID NOT try to make it right. So when I asked for corporates number she refused to give it to me. I can’t believe they would have someone like this be a manager. I got corporates number & will be reporting.

Pissed is an understatement. Got there 10:20, drive thru line was wrapped around the building. Young lady taking the order was rushed and had no customer service, later to find out she was overwhelmed due to there being only 3 workers at the time. Sat at the window for 30 min because she had charged my card for someone else's order. They were unable to get it corrected so they gave me the difference in cash. When I got my food it was ice cold because it had been sitting there while they tried sorting the issue out. By the time I left the drive thru it was 11:07. Ridiculous and will not be going back here under no circumstances.
