Their mushroom,bacon cheese with it tasted like some kind of sauce on it was great 👍😃. The baconator burger 🍔 is also great 👍😃 and including the fries 🤤🍟 are great 👍😃 nice and crispy 😁. All though the service leaves a lot to be desired. They were confused on orders. Making some people wait to long for their food. And mixing up others orders 😞. If they fix that problem it would be great also! The price is about what you would pay at other fast food places like Culver's, which is a bit more pricey and they never get our order right 😡.

For a fast food restaurant I think this location is the best. I stop there every couple of weeks and the staff is always nice and friendly. I always get the same thing so I am not an expert on the food but I always leave happy. Today in particular the staff was very busy but they all really hustled. I was there around 10 a.m. for breakfast and Crystal was in charge. She's a great multi-talker and I notice all the other staff were very busy and working very hard to keep up with all the customers coming through the drive-thru. Great crew. I was very impressed.

DONT ORDER AFTER 6pm first and foremost food was cold as ever you tell them fresh or cook to order it’s not even english to thm. i don’t know if she’s a manager or not but it’s the black lady for me she rude as can be. she doesn’t even let you finish speaking or listen and ready to get out out the drive through doesn’t even repeat your order lady has a attitude every time i get there ,and always left with an upset stomach man do better!
Drive thru worker at 2:30 on 10/29 was very polite and quick! Lunch served with a smile?

I went throught the drive thru after work late at night,(10:40pm) and the attitude of the girl working the window was absolutely disgusting. She was talking crap about the customers in the drive thru to her coworkers infront of customers in the drive thru. Like if you are that unprofessional while on the clock that late at night, clock out and go home

Hit or miss here. Sometimes we order food and it’s really delicious and then the next time we order, it’s gross. Over the last 5-7 times we’ve ordered, we’ve gotten bad food 3 times. We just ordered today, we were looking forward to it as the prior time was very delicious (for fast food anyways) but dang, it was bad this time! The burger patty’s were so dry and the mayo on the baconator and the chicken BLT was clearly rancid. I took one bite and knew something was wrong and went for a closer look and you could actually smell how the mayo was bad. As most fast food places, it depends what crew is on and who cares enough to make the food. When it’s good though, it’s very good. We’ve had great burgers and chicken sandwiches and great potatoes as well as bad so I don’t write this location off by any means, I just wish it was more consistent.

horrid and pushy service from host Kyle at the hancock Cape Coral location on 8/12. host did not thank us, at least, for our business. never coming back to wendys again.

Rude workers acted like I was an inconvenience for asking for a refill on my sweet tea. The floors the tables were disgusting. The bathroom was filthy. My son walked in there to wash his hands and ended up throwing up because he said it stinks so bad and there was fecal matter on the sink. This is disgusting. I do not even know how they pass inspection, next time I’ll take my business to McDonald’s . It’s such an inconvenience for asking for a refill on my sweet tea! Poor Job! If you don’t like yours go somewhere else.

Kyle was working register and did a fantastic job of taking our order. Be patient, changing changes as we changed them. He stayed in good spirits and at the end went over the top by hooking me up with ketchup. Good Kyle keep it up.
