I usually do carryout and they always have my food ready when I get there. Staff is friendly good environment. If you haven't tried you should. it's worth it

We tried placing an order online and the system messed up and charged me but didnt place the order. decided to come in and see what was goin on and I believe his name was Jorge, helped us fixed it. honored the online specials and even tossed in a free drink for our inconvenience. most wingstop locations dont care about their customers but this location clearly does. I will make it a point to come to this spot as often as possible because these guys know customer service!

My husband came in tonight to get my pregnant self an order of delicious wings. We are regulars. The woman destiny in the front was very hostile to begin with. When he ordered she was already being disrespectful, giving side comments how many wings do you want? You can’t decide on the wings? Little comments like that. We live three minutes up the street. He brought it to me and showed me what happened. The food had already been knocked over due to her, putting down the bag aggressively, which my nine-year-old son witnessed! I went back in there to ask for a refund. None of the wings were touched. Nothing was touched. I even gave her back the drink and she said we are only coming back for free food. She acted like we have never been there at all and it was only 25-30 minutes Prior to us making the order. She ignored me, tried to speak in Spanish that she didn’t and couldn’t find the order to whoever she was on the phone with. I called her out because I understood what she was saying and I called the police. All I asked for was a refund and she said she couldn’t give it to me because she couldn’t find the order….. Just kept repeating what she was saying with disrespect, then kept on raising her voice each time! I stated I’m calling the police for my refund so she decided to trespass me because she knew this is the second incident of her messing up my order and the manager gave me (free brownie and a drink ) I don’t want your free food! I want you guys to have great staff so I can keep coming in with my family! This is my day off! My pregnant self just wanted wings! I’ll be calling the manager in the morning and corporate. Thank you!

Wings were really good. The seasoning was on Top and you get what you pay for! I recommend do dine in tho so the wings r nice n fresh

Place is so nasty. Had to wait 40 mins for cool as food. Soda machine is so nasty, look like it never got clean since it open. I will never go to this location again. Cold ass food!

Every time I order from this establishment my order is wrong. No matter if it is pick up, uber eats it is NEVER right. Carelessness and laziness from the employees is insane. Train your team to do better and maybe it would reflect in quality.

Maybe hire people that speak full English and that can READ English that are packing the orders so they are CORRECT.

Upon pick up, I got waived to a different employee because the one bagging the orders couldn’t understand me.

Loveless place with dirty tables and floor. . Part of the order was forgotten. Tenders were ok.

As Europeans, we also evaluate the cleanliness of the restaurant and the toilets. The service staff in the USA is mostly very friendly.

Probably the lowest form of intelligence I have yet to see. Not a single person attending the register or answering the phone that is continuously ringing, however 12 of them find a way to get together and look at bowl of fries. Nobody taking action to even let people know where their order was at in the process. The manager of this establishment should be ashamed of their selves.

The food is good but the last 2 times I ordered from these guys they "forgot" almost half the order. Won't be ordering again since they screw up the one thing they are supposed to do.

My online order was not ready when I arrived near the end of the time I was told it would be ready. There were at least 20 people waiting to pick up their online orders. I waited 39 minutes to get my order! Unacceptable. If it's going to be 67 minutes until my order is ready, don't tell me it will be 23 to 28 minutes!
