Every time I order from this establishment my order is wrong. No matter if it is pick up, uber eats it is NEVER right. Carelessness and laziness from the employees is insane. Train your team to do better and maybe it would reflect in quality.
Maybe hire people that speak full English and that can READ English that are packing the orders so they are CORRECT.
Upon pick up, I got waived to a different employee because the one bagging the orders couldn’t understand me. 1/5 service 1/5 food 1/5 quality

As Europeans, we also evaluate the cleanliness of the restaurant and the toilets. The service staff in the USA is mostly very friendly.

Probably the lowest form of intelligence I have yet to see. Not a single person attending the register or answering the phone that is continuously ringing, however 12 of them find a way to get together and look at bowl of fries. Nobody taking action to even let people know where their order was at in the process. The manager of this establishment should be ashamed of their selves.

My online order was not ready when I arrived near the end of the time I was told it would be ready. There were at least 20 people waiting to pick up their online orders. I waited 39 minutes to get my order! Unacceptable. If it's going to be 67 minutes until my order is ready, don't tell me it will be 23 to 28 minutes!

I went there on my break and they was not busy. I had to wait 24min to put an order in cause they was to busy bagging for door dash. There was about 3 people waiting to place and order and all the girl did was tell us to wait

You can't rush perfection. Don't show up here before ordering at dinner time and think you're not about to sit for a good 45 minutes. Call ahead. Order online. DO NOT SHOW UP ON A WHIM. I once saw a guy bug out in the dining room over wait time. Not at all a reflection of the restaurant, they're just super busy.
Wings are honestly best value to quality in town, which i hate because they're a chain but when it's right, it's right.
Ps Rick Ross will never convince me to replace wings with thighs.

If i could give it 0 stars i would. First time customer and last! Ordered the 8 pc wing combo $15. These are the worst wings I have ever had anywhere! (if you can even call them that) not fresh, dried out & hard skin like they were sitting under a heat lamp all day,, absolutely no flavor, supposed sauce like someone just dumped some liquid out of a bottle over them, meat dry & very rubbery on the inside (not so sure this is real chicken to be honest) Bottom of container and paper the wings sitting in was drenched in grease/oil, also did not receive fries that come with the order.
