We got there at 9:30 on a Tuesday and they were not serving food even though their website said they served food till 10. We were hungry and out on the boat all day and we’re very disappointed that we were not served.

Wings were overdone, dry and disgusting! Server kora (blonde girl from Ohio) had the worst attitude! Will never go back and will tell anybody that will listen not to spend money in the place!

This place is EXCELLENT, great good, great casual atmosphere, all the staff are very nice, respectful and they go above and beyond to accommodate requests. All the customers that come in seem local and nice. have been here many times... my wife can't get enough of their wings. I love their shrimp and sauce that come with it (I forget the name of the actual dish name... the shrimp are straight with a crispy batter.) my 8 yesr old likes their chicken. Thank you to the staff and cooks. 😊👍

Visiting and decided to try the wings and ceaser wrap. The wings were not crispy as I ordered and then sent them back and still came out the same. The sauce also wasn’t good. The wrap however was good . Wouldn’t eat here again for wings

The wings were good, definitely recommend the apple jerk and mild bbq. There was only a few guests when we went and it took about 15min for our order to be taken and then another 30min for the wings to come out.

Honestly very uncomfortable, our server seemed to not want to attend us at all. The atmosphere was off, and we were definitely treated in an odd way. The food was okay, but the experience overall made my friends and I sure of that fact that we won't be returning here. Terrible.

I have made 3 trips to this location. All for lunch. I had tried the wings twice. Both times very disappointed. Very dry chicken. Both times the server asked to have them made “fresh”. I don’t understand the difference as I ordered wings, they should be freshly cooked???
The last time I visited I tried the pizza. The pizza was good. I do like the atmosphere. I will come back for drinks and maybe the pizza. But the wings, not so much.

Unfortunately came for wings on busy day. Was told the wait would be an hour. Came at designated time, then was told had to wait 20 more minutes. Food miraculously appears within a min. Didn't put any sauce in the bag had to beg for blue cheese. Then turns out wings were soggy and lukewarm, upset me and my friends stomach couldn't eat. Waste of money Unfortunately, and the review reply shows how little you care about customer service. 😒 my name isn't dave and this is not a good review lol

Let me start by saying the food was AMAZING. We’ve been here before and the food is always delicious. If you’re wanting to book a large party read this.
The server was sweet and tried to be as attentive as she could be, and I know this was not her fault, BUT this place cannot handle a large party. They aren’t staffed properly, don’t have enough menus for each person, they can’t have more than 6 open tickets at a table, and the kitchen simply cannot keep up. We had a party of 21 people. 5 kids. I made reservations earlier in the week, and nothing was said about not being able to accommodate large parties. Called again today to add two more people and again nothing was said. I was disappointed because they could have easily said they couldn’t accommodate us and we would’ve gone elsewhere, totally fine.. appetizers did not come out before meals. Some appetizers were forgotten about. At one point they even told us they had to put part of the table’s orders on hold because the kitchen was so backed up and the other people at the restaurant were not being served, which left 4 people at our table without meals (one being completely forgotten about when the orders finally came out). We were very grateful that they had the kids food come out first like we asked, even though one child had to wait until the rest of the adults food came out. Their menu says they want to host your special event there, but we will never be back with more than 4 people. We were celebrating a birthday, and it was everything less than a celebration because it felt like we were more of an inconvenience and caused chaos for the employees trying to care for our party.

We have been ordering takeout from here for about a year now, maybe once a month. He always gets wings and I always get the Wow Quesadilla. For the first six months the quesadilla was pretty good. Then about 3 or 4 months ago, they became absolutely delicious and I just loved them until tonight. It just wasn't that good. It was too salty and it didn't taste like it had cheese on it at all. I like the outside of the tortilla browned up a little. They mistook that for blackening up a little. Anyway, I was disappointed with the quesadilla tonight. Maybe they have a different cook. It's a shame because they used to be soooo good.
