I had first called to order a pizza and I was on hold for like 20 minutes so then I ordered it online and the thing was down so I went back and I went back online and it didn't work so I went to call the place again I ordered the pizza it took maybe 45 minutes to get here and it looked like the guy was stopped at the house inside the house and then he said that I didn't order a 2 liter pint of Coca-Cola but I did because I paid extra for my total was $43.79 and I gave $50 which is extra and I didn't get the soda brought with the food he said I didn't order it so I then called the place and they said I didn't order it but that he could happily bring it for me cause I pay for it with the extra money I gave then I called the place at 5:00 and the food got here at 4:50 I then called again at 5:50 because the drink was still not here and she said we are not able to do that because a boy answered the first time and said yes we could have really do that and the girls said no because that's wasting mileage that he's not getting paid for and then she said we could still do it but we can't do it next time we'll make an exception this time and she said that at 5:50 now I'm calling at 8:30 and I'm getting left on hold and still haven't receive Coke that I paid extra money forr

I ordered a large pepperoni pizza and cheese and they had no gloves and the young guy that was there was so rude at the front and answered my boyfriend rudely when he ask “sir do you guys have gloves?” Highly don’t recommend because this is fast food and they need to use gloves on food people about to eat 🤢🤮. ( for who ever sees this) would you let me put my hands in a food you about to eat ( even if we was family or not )?

3.31.2025 My horrible experience started with a phone call at 6:20p while I was driving to the location. On hold for 7 min, I walked in the store to see it was slow and the team was just ignoring the phone. I allowed the phone to ring for 2 more min just to ensure it was my call being ignored.
I waited another 2 min before someone approached the counter to service me. I was rushed to place my order.
After waiting the approximate 15 min for my order, it was delivered to me. I drive all the way home just to find my order was wrong.
No effort. No courtesy. No accuracy. No care. Wrist Domino's I've ever been to.

Depending on the day you may get a crew that makes great pizza and the next week you get the crew thst don't care how they make it. It's always hit or miss with this place.

I was the only person home at the time! Finally talked to a short tempered person at the store and told her to just cancel my order. She hung up on me. Do not order from this location!!!

ORDERED 4 BOXES FOR A SCHOOL PARTY. ORDERED A HOUR(10:27 EXACTLY) BEFORE PRE-ORDERED FOR 11:30. Pizza was NEVER delivered. Prep started at 11:15. I Called the store 5 times, but there was no answer till the 6th phone call. AFTER, I drove to the store myself and picked it up. My own order. All for Katia to behave like it was my fault for ordering food and expecting an on-time delivery. The high levels of INCOMPETENCE at this location are insane.
It's a great place, the workers are very friendly and will attend you very well.

I had to wait 20 min for my pizza once I was in the store after it was ready. The older man at the checkout worked extremely slow and I had 7 people in front of me waiting for him when I arrived to the store. The line was not even the issue but it moved extremely slow

When I entered the store to pick up my pizza, I saw the employees didn’t wear gloves while they were preparing the pizza. Touching toppings with bare hands is a little bit disgusting. Because you can easily guess that they don’t wash their hands frequently. Single-use gloves are easy, cheap, and the best. Also, the pizza’s taste was terrible.
