My daughter ordered a pizza delivery to be delivered at St. Thomas University. Of course at times it's not the easiest delivering to a campus but the delivery man Juan called me to let me know he was there and gave me time to call my daughter to let her know where he was at and give her enough time to walk to him. He waited for her and then called me back to let me know my daughter got her food and wished me a good night. He really had the best patience and customer service and I would like to give him kudos because employees like him deserve to be acknowledged. Because that was excellent customer service and we appreciate him.

A very unpleasant experience, the manager is a super undesirable person, he very badly treats customers with a bad temper and without education. I was with my family and it was a horrible treatment that this man gave us without any education to treat customers. I do not recommend this establishment ? ??

When I entered I was not greeted, the phone kept ringing. Clearly not enough employees. The female employee kept cutting pizzas and didn’t say hi to me or I’ll be with you shortly. Nothing. Don’t people realize this results in no tips!
