DISRESPECTFUL!! MALCRIADAS!! I’ve just called this store THREE TIMES to ask about their hours and they answered the phone without a greeting and when I said, “Hello? Hello? Hello?” they HUNG UP. Second time, they hung up faster. On the third time, I heard, “Si?” And so I replied in Spanish, “I’ve just called three times,” hoping to hear that they were having technical issues. But no! She immediately hung up on me!
Told my brother about it and he said, “Oh, the KFC on 183rd? Yeah, they suck! Last time I went in person, the staff were rude as hell.”

This location needs a COMPLETE overhaul on staff. I waited 30 minutes for a simple order because the employees move so slow and don't care. The manager didn't care and didn't do a thing to fix the situation, but he allowed Livan to be EXTREMELY RUDE and back talk multiple customers. I work in food and beverage so I understand things most people wouldn't. This location is ran disgraceful and I can not believe corporate would allow such a tarnish to the KFC Brand.

They didn't have any crunchy's chicken I would have had to wait 6 minutes so I got something else and the young lady said it was 10:05 and when she gave me the money she gave me a different kind of meals at a cheaper price. So I saved money. I appreciate that. I miss KFC wings so much. She informed me they have whole wings now. I will have to try that. I haven't had a goodwing since KFC stopped selling wings

I will never come back to this KFC restaurant ever again the employees there are rude as well as the manager who allows the employees to wear their pants hanging nobody wears a hairnet I seen them take a customers food back and put the chicken back after taking it out with their bare hands seen the same manager give a lady an nasty attitude when she asked for the employees name who was rude to her most of the employees at this location was on their phones playing around I advised anyone not to dine at this location if I could I would give this place a negative ten stars

It's just a great place to eat. See Ruben the manager for ten % discount. Tell him Jose security sent you. Other than that all KFCs are selling smaller pieces of chicken for a 10-25 dollars special.

Do not purchase online to pick up here!!!! They don’t have food available!!!!! They run out and leave you to resolve the issue for their incompetence. If you order online they will not help you to get a refund for food they don’t have. I had to wait on hold through a 1800 number for 15 minutes to get my issue resolved. Do not use this KFC the manager is extremely nonchalant and incompetent and the crossed eyed lady in the drive through is very rude. I left with no food after I paid online!!!
