Absolutely amazing service and workers! They were absolutely SLAMMED today (08/29/25) but they were able to stay cool,calm, and collected while being sweet and good with their service. Even though there were people coming in screaming and being terrible they were cordial and did everything they had to. I'm sure that due to being slammed they missed a small thing in my order, but they righted it IMMEDIATELY and were so amazing, sweet, and understanding. Loved their attitude and their work ethic. I hope that the manager/franchise owner recognizes who is working for and under them and compensate them accordingly. 10/10 recommended spot.

i am leaving a review to bring it to this establishments attention how i was watching the manager Dubie i believe they told me his name was, handling and stretching the dough with rings on and a apple watch which the dough was getting on and that is absolutely disgusting. I am a jeweler and clean jewelry all the time and the amount of grime and bacteria that rings collect is astonishing. Please take those things off if you are prepping food for customers.

I've been waiting for over 30 minutes for my food after the app has already stated the food was ready. This is not the first time this happens either here. This is about the 3rd time & they have everyone outside waiting on there food once the app has already said its ready.. Im not ordering from here again. Plus the environment is not too pleasant.

I ordered for delivery. Almost an hour went by I looked and it says delivered. Still didn't get my pizza. It is now way over an 1:15 hr still no pizza. I called without asking my order number they told it's on its way! Waited on the phone for 5 min. To be told just that without verification. I don't want to eat at 8pm...I ordered around diner time to have it for diner! And paying almost $40 for a pizza and rolls to have to put it in the microwave is BS!! I will never order there again!! Done with Papa John's

Trying to get ahold of someone to assist us in canceling a recent order placed online via the app. We accidentally ordered our delivery to the wrong address, and it was noticed as soon as the confirmation email was sent.
We immediately called the store and were on hold for over 15 minutes, only to have someone at the store answer the phone and hang up. We called again to have the order cancelled as soon as possible and were on hold again for over 25 minutes!!!
We tried to contact another store near our address, and the person on the phone immediately said there was nothing she could do. She did not even offer to have me speak to a manager.
I’ve tried to connect with them over the link provided and kept getting an error message when trying to speak to a customer representative.
We basically just lost the money we spent to order our dinner !!! Thanks, Papa John’s.

So I order a 30 min later order arrived the pizza was cold I added a complaint to the store and nothing Long ago I delivered for the other pizza place they made it right but how can a non Spanish person complain in Miami ?

Got wings and pizza and the wings were horrible. Tasted old and spoiled. Thought it was maybe because I wasn’t in the mood for it but stored it and the next day, it tasted the same- horrible. Idk if it’s the buffalo sauce that’s not good or what. Definitely won’t be ordering back from there.

I ordered 2 pizzas for delivery and breadsticks i only received 1 pizza and breadsticks then i called trying to correct the problem manager had a nasty attitude then i asked for a refund for the cheese pizza and i never received it and the manager sat on the phone acting like he refunded my money which he didn't till this day i never receive my refund for there mistake stay away from this papa johns..Also the driver took about 2hours to even deliver my order because he said he delivered it to the wrong address smh yall services is trash...
Horrible experiences! I placed an order at 6:32pm to be exact it is now 8:26pm and I still have not received my order. I called the to see if the will be providing me a refund or a compensation due to the fact that is wayyyy past my delivery time. Which it is to show you he has no customer service experience. Mind you Papa John policy does state clearly of they’re late a compensation show be provided. I will never order from here again nor do I recommend anyone to order from this place. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!

Very disappointed that i placed an order and a hr later called to get a status to be told my pizza was delivered by leaving it in front of my house on a car which i cant verify because my pizza was not in front of my house. I actually had someone waiting in front so we wouldnt miss the delivery . I suggest either start taking pictures or making people sign so you can confirm delivery. This will not happen to me ever again.
