I ordered 7 pizzas online went to the store they had 6 only showed my proof manager could care less he was extremely rude! His name is Dubis I will never ever buy from this papa John’s again! He walked away from me and began speaking another language I’m sure it was about me. He was So rude he told Me to pay for another pizza if I wanted another pizza. I will never buy another pizza here again!!

I ordered 2 pizzas and an order of the calzone bites. I have ordered the calzone bites before so I know they shouldn’t have cheese or sauce inside. They should have meat and veggies . Well what I got had only cheese and sauce inside. I called the store and got someone names Doby (not sure the spelling) he was very rude. He told me it was impossible for it to be wrong because he made it. I told him mistakes happen but he still told me it couldn’t be possible that it’s wrong!! I felt like he was calling me a liar. He told me to bring it back and he would replace it. But after his rude words, I didn’t want anything else from him. The customer service from this location is a disgrace. I posted pics so everyone can see there is cheese and sauce in these things , maybe he will learn not to call his customers liars and be a little more humble and polite.

This establishment is doing something illegal. Must be, because every now and again, they dont give me my papa rewards points and when i confront them about it, they always hit me with some bullshit " our sytems shows u used a coupon or paparewards points. And they only do this when i pay cash. and its basically your word against theirs. i called cistomer service they said they would call be back never did. my last order was 50 dollars i paid in cash. they put in the system i used a coupon and my order was only 10 cents. so where did the 49 dollars go that i gave the driver?????????????? even though i have email confirmation showing my order total and how i was expected to pay. I spend so much money at this establishment so i look forward to my rewards points an i know when i should have 10 dollars. I suggest u start paying attention to your papa rewards guys especially if you pay in cash!!

Called to place a carry-out order, was put on hold for over 15mins in which I arrived to the location before anyone even answered. The girl and guys in the back never had gloves on while preparing orders. Horrible! This place sucks! No customer service and not clean!

Management is horrible. We were coming in a walk in & they said they don’t accept those like if this isn’t a super casual pizza place. We tried to place an online order and The guy at the front literally “We just don’t feel like taking orders right now.” Ridiculous. Horrible work ethic. Papa Johns corp should shut this location down they obviously don’t want to make money.
Horrible service. Called and ordered a pizza on the phone for delivery. Delivery guy says he came to our house with pizza but wouldn't come into gate because it was locked. But wasn't, we have cameras that cover the entire front yard, back yard and street. No one tried to deliver a pizza. Then guy says it's at the store. When we call manager, Gene, he has the same bad attitude as driver and offers nothing for the bad customer service. You think he could of said, "Oh, I am sorry for that, we will deliver it again and comp you the cost or at least apologize & try to deliver again." Nope, that didn't happen. Manager sounded annoyed we even called him. Now a days companies just don't care that our 86 year old mom didn't get dinner. They rather lie and said gate was locked when really they just didn't want to wet from the rain. Sad :((

The staff is helpful and the General manager makes himself available to assist and/or address any concerns you may have. If you’re a chicken wings lover, be sure to ask for Dubi wings.
