Food not hot, pancakes in a foam box? long wait time. Atmosphere not pleasant with cooks child screaming in the dinning room. Our orders trickled in. Best part was sweet Rachel.No a do over for us, we're taking bets on how long it will stay in business

We were disappointed. $38 for a 2 egg breakfast plate (just eggs, grits, 2 small sausage links and toast), a BLT, and 2 coffees. Food was ok, nothing special to brag about, definitely not worth that price, and coffee tasted terrible. The Ice coffee, I ordered was nothing like the photos they post to Facebook, just black coffee with very little caramel sauce drizzled in cup, no whipped cream, very little ice (coffee was still hot when it was supposed to be ice coffee), and I think I paid $5 bucks for that. We probably won't go back.

The owners are very nice. Everyone is new and training so be patient w the staff they're always willing to make it right. Def need to come back!

Reasonably friendly staff. Clean place. No A/C. Out of regular bobba. They'll claim the rainbow bobba is the same as traditional tapioca pearls. They are not. They are flavorless gelatin balls. Do not settle. Other bursting bobbas are hard to mess up so they got those right on the money. But overpriced.

Awesome place. Full Breakfest if you didn't know. Opens early if your going fishing. This place is Great!! Went went everyday because of the conveniences... And the Korean food attached is amazing. Try the tuna bowl. Outrageously delicious!!! And the ice cream is Super good too. It's hot outside....

It's in the same building as a Korean restaurant, building was hot,the guy making the waffles was sweating alot just not worth the money or time. Can't eat inside you have to go out in the florida heat and fight off seagulls
