The truth is that the ice creams are too delicious, the only thing I didn't like was that they do everything with the same glove... holding their nose, their hair, chopping the fruits with those same gloves. Once I had a girl who put on her used gloves, because they were already yellow from use, and she started touching her nose, her hair, and the fruits 🫠

My family came in and ordered 3 ice cream cones. The one attending us was very rude.mind you we've been coming here since this place opened.the lady servicing us Repeated multiple times with the toppings that the toppings were extra. We were aware of that with the first cone. Kept repeating her self for each one basically saying that it's very expensive acting as if one person can't afford it. Ended up paying $23 dollars and it was no issue in paying then the lady attending us asked for a tip after an awful service .treat your customers better.

Ordered the hot Cheetos esquites after I saw they had it online, then they made something else and tried to make me pay for a completely different item.

Disappointed about the service hours it says on line that it closes at 10:pm we came at 9:40 and they were closed already.

I want to know until what hours can I order fruit with ice cream?…. I went at 9:28 p.m.
I waited 16 minutes for them to attend to me and they already told me that they couldn't sell me anything with fruit for the hour, apart from that there was a lady cleaning, all in a bad mood because people were coming in. , it is good to have clarity with the schedules so that one can leave the place at ease.

My sister came over and wanted ice cream on Labor Day. After googling our options, we decided to go here and gosh... there were so many flavors to choose from. The menu is very big and the ice cream quality is amazing with very affordable prices. I had the strawberries and cream ice cream, and my sister had the mango chamoy. It was so creamy and great for a hot day. Will come again.

Terrible service and very slow, a specific saleswoman served people ahead of me who were not in line and it took 30 minutes for an order

I like their nachos but they only put four pieces of jalapenos, I asked for extra or they put two toppings, it's a lot for a little, they have to improve
