Michoacana Neveria & Paleteria

I love this place—I come often with my family and have always had a great time. Unfortunately, today was a disappointing experience. The lady who took care of us was very unpleasant and rude, which really affected our visit.

On the other hand, the girl who is usually there and is bilingual is always very nice and professional. She is attentive, friendly, and truly knows how to treat customers, which is why we keep coming back.

I hope the owner reads this review and take care of the situation. After reading other comments, it’s clear I’m not the only one who has had similar experience.

I hope today was just an isolated incident, because this has normally been one of our favorite places to visit.

Ashley was amazing!! I got a bunch of stuff a couple days ago and she helped so much, very kind and overall welcoming :)

We tried the fruit bars. They had so many to choose from. We got toasted coconut, strawberry cheesecake and guava.

We went here in the evening and it's a good place to enjoy scrumptious 😋 desserts. We had something made up of corn and it was really amazing and then we had strawberry cheesecake ice cream and chocolate ice cream. They have tonne of options to choose from. Every flavor they have is amazing. Fie home we took Dubai chocolate strawberry and it was just too good. We also got different flavors Popsicles for home. We throughly enjoyed our time here. There isn't a lot of seating space so it is not ideal for big groups.

Great mexican ice cream flavors, street food and waters. The strawberry water was so creamy and delicious. 10/10

Today is my birthday, 09/26/2025, and I was treated to a cup of some of the most Delicious ice cream I have ever had. It was a coconut and nut combo. OMG. My credit union, Florida West Coast CU in Carrollwood treated me today and I am so grateful to them for introducing me. I live near Brandon, but this is worth the drive for a special treat. 😉🥰

just bought dubai strawberries, very bad basically just a cup with a little smear of chocolate and pistachio butter and a whole lotta strawberry 😒 no kaitafi whatsoever i told her there was no chocolate and she just laught

Absolutely a lovely place!! We go there for fresh juice, super clean and super fresh ingredients and not to mention about the vast array of ice cream selections they have!!

Place is very clean. Friendly staff and most especially delicious ice cream!!!

Love the place...the only bad thing is you have to wait a long time that's why I don't give it 5 stars.

The truth is that the ice creams are too delicious, the only thing I didn't like was that they do everything with the same glove... holding their nose, their hair, chopping the fruits with those same gloves. Once I had a girl who put on her used gloves, because they were already yellow from use, and she started touching her nose, her hair, and the fruits 🫠

My family came in and ordered 3 ice cream cones. The one attending us was very rude.mind you we've been coming here since this place opened.the lady servicing us Repeated multiple times with the toppings that the toppings were extra. We were aware of that with the first cone. Kept repeating her self for each one basically saying that it's very expensive acting as if one person can't afford it. Ended up paying $23 dollars and it was no issue in paying then the lady attending us asked for a tip after an awful service .treat your customers better.
