When we walked in it smelled like straight fish and up dog , the paleta tasted like rotten egg fish and water and the mangonada was straight Ice and frozen mango water with no flavor Las fresas con crema y agua frescas were good
Today was my first time at this place and I can say that it is a great ice cream shop. My smoothie was delicious. For me it is a five star place.

Sadly it's the same 3 ladies that does not attend to you. No customer service skills what so ever. Wasn't like this when they first opened so I'm not sure what happened. It gives the place very bad vibes

The ice cream is great but the customer service was awful today. We’ve came multiple time usually late like today, we walked in and they started by asking if we knew what we were getting or if we needed to think. Hurrying us up, they stated that they closed in 15 minutes when it was 9:30, that they do not close at 10 nor at 11 like it’s stated on Facebook. Super unprofessional and they were laughing the whole time. I just felt uncomfortable, there were a couple of girls sitting enjoy their ice cream the employee told them they were closing in 3 mins, it was 9:37 they couldn’t even finish their ice cream. Extremely rude.

Great ice cream but why have hours open till 11 if you're going to lock your door with customers inside waiting at 10:05? Hey if y'all don't want the business terrific, treat folks like that. I won't be back. But at least change your hours as not to waste folks time.
