I opted to make my own bowl with quinoa as a base, and when I got my bowl, the quinoa was practically raw. It was crunchy and ruined the whole bowl frankly. The flavors from everything else were good, but the quinoa was terrible. I tried to tell someone who worked there that the quinoa was basically raw, and he told me that it was the rice cooker they were told to make it in and that the quinoa was cooked, but overcooked, not undercooked. If you’ve ever made quinoa, you’re very aware that the germ spiral sprouts out of quinoa when it’s cooked, and it becomes mushy when overcooked, not crunchy. I didn’t argue with the guy, but they clearly don’t know how to make quinoa. The guy did offer to make me a bowl with something else though, which was nice. But I was pretty shocked that they didn’t seem to know how quinoa gets cooked at a place that makes it daily. Very disappointing.

I got the custom bowl this time , and it's been a while since I have gotten food from here it was very delicious , it was warm as if just came out of the kitchen even tho I came in 5 minutes after the initial pick up time, I felt very energized after eating when usually I have the itis hit me. Thank you again for staying true to the brand name

No one out front taking orders. Cook staff not in kitchen. Took almost 20 minutes to get a bowl and a smoothie and I was the only customer.

Everything was awesome and so convenient and inexpensive. I ordered from my phone. It took two minutes would’ve been shorter, but there was so many options to choose from which is awesome! Communication was clear and accurate. I was able to pick up my food at the time specified on my phone it was already ready with my name on it out front in a cubbyhole where I can grab it and keep going.. Most of the time purchasing fresh food is so expensive but not at SoFresh. I had to make a healthy lifestyle change and they will be a main part of it going forward.

I enjoy the food options, but the dining room is unkempt with dirty tables, and the bathroom gets an “F”. Poor ownership and management.

The teriyaki bowl was absolutely delicious! If I could make one small change, I’d swap out the brown rice for extra zucchini noodles—but that’s just a personal preference. The flavors were so rich and well-balanced, I didn’t even need any sauce. I’ll definitely be back!

So Fresh is one of my most favorite restaurants. The food is so healthy and delicious. The customer service has always been consistently excellent!

Music is a bit loud. Upon entering, it appears clean. The bathroom had tissues all over the floor, and the toilet was obviously clogged with some type of toy. The sink was disgustingly dirty. We chose to give it a shot anyway due to it being one of the few places friendly to severe food intolerance.
The food was okay. Portion was much smaller than anticipated for $13. The sweet potatoes appeared very brown and soggy. My daughter found a dark brown/black hair in her food, and I realized the one person (who was very kind) working did not have a hair net on. Slightly gross. Probably won't return here. I've always considered a dirty bathroom to he a reflection of the entire facility and it was not impressive.
Hopefully the establishment can use these negative reviews to better the aesthetic appearance and require hair nets to be worn. 🤓 Always room for improvement!

Jeff was super nice and cooked my order exactly how i requested! Ive had lots of problems with the garlic noodles tasting like water and this bowl i got this time was the best ive had i come here and other locations every day so im very thankful!

I'm not sure why you have a sign that says you close at 9pm, but the grill has already been cleaned and aren't serving customers at 8:40pm.....go ahead and just close at 8:30pm then. Unacceptable.
