No complaints about the food. Everything was hot, fresh and delicious. But the wait staff at the front wasn't very polite nor were they personable. The lady at the front looked as if she couldn't be bothered to be at work. When I asked for ketchup, it was given in a little "to go" container and it wasn't until after I put it on my potatos that I realized it was not ketchup, it tasted just plain tomato sauce. It's a shame because the food is worth revisiting but the wait staff? Absolutely not.

Have been to Alex's previous trips. I understand they are closing and moving. The customer service in today's visit was unacceptable and downright awful. Wish them well in future endeavors, but should probably try and finish strong.

Fresh fried chicken sandwich was well.. fresh & delicious (better than chick-fil-a) ! My stomach feels happy and fulfilled :D my friends love the grilled cheese & breakfast egg croissant! I Recommend trying their waffle and chicken tower! If you’re craving bbq, definitely try their tiny texan sandwich! Oh my gosh, there pancakes are amazing too! They are so fluffy and soft!
So yeah, Eat at Alex’s fresh kitchen :)

Our first visit and was pleasantly surprised. My husband and I both had the Ultimate Turkey Club. Hubz had it fries which were absolutely delicious. I chose a side salad. The portions are big. We both took home half of our sandwich. The ingredients were fresh! The only downside was the drink options. No fountain soda, tea ( hot tea only) or diet drink options in the cooler. There is a water cooler but would prefer to pay for a bottle of water. Would order again but will bring my own drink.
Made fresh. Made from scratch.

This is best hands-down, the best sandwich and burger spot in Central Florida.
I'd like to start out by saying that the burger was phenomenal, the fries were pretty mediocre though. Cashier was pretty friendly. They bring out your food but otherwise no service and the restaurant is very no-frills.

This place is very small but the food is made while you wait. Everything appears to be made fresh. Our food was very good. I got the chicken sandwich and it was very good. My husband got the chicken waffle sandwich but it was so big he could only eat half but it made a great breakfast. Also tried the $5 Mamba burger and everyone thought it was a pleasant surprise. Try this place, it was good.

We ate here after seeing a local Orlando foodie give them high marks. Makes me think the foodies get special treatment as they film in the shop. Our visit was at 5pm on a Sunday and we were the only customers, but several other parties came in before we left. They most have been busy because they were out of brisket, ham. lettuce, and ketchup. (I was told they make their own ketchup in house). We had a limited drink selction, the cooler of canned drinks was half empty, and they had less than a pitcher of unsweetened tea, however they had installed a water filtering system with hot, cold and colder water. We sat at a round table with 4 chairs, while it was just night enough for the two of us, our drinks and plates. No condiments or napkins on the table. We had to find napkins by the self-serve water filter, along with the Splenda packets for the unsweet tea. I had the Mambacita burger/ fried chicken sandwich with onion rings as a side. The onion rings and spicy dip were good, and the garlic sauce he brought out was good. I didn't really taste the 24 spices on the burger, but the cheese sauce and pickled jalapeños were good. The fried chicken was thin, so that is why I think it was possibly a little overcooked and a little dry. My wife had the turkey croissant with a sunny side up egg, which she really liked. Her home fries looked, she just picked off the onions, which she doesn't like. She had canned dri k from the cooler, tea flavored water, which we both thought was just watered down tea. Liquid Death, Slaughter Berry. Marketing has it looking like a high energy drink or insignificant micro brewery beverage, but is just tea blended with water. That is a hard pass for me. I read other reviews both the good and bad, they all seem valid, but it seems the owner responses to low reviews is rocky and flippant, not the best way to take constructive criticism and appreciate all your customers' opinions. Why would you try a restaurant a second time if the owner has a IDGAF attitude? At least pretend to care and make adjustments.

Not a fan of anything I got.... Fish was like rubbery, waffles had too much baking soda it wasn't good and the chicken was so oily I couldn't enjoy it.

Decided to go for the first time for brunch on Sunday. Small place with delicious fresh food. Service was slow but the food was worth the wait. We had a bacon egg and cheese croissant and it was the best I ever had. Eggs and bacon cooked perfectly. It came with home fries that were so good. They didn't have ketchup (as they make their own in house and ran out) so I tried their 3 different tasty aioli’s ! Will def be back to try other dishes.

An absolute favorite of mine let me tell you this is the perfect brunch, lunch or date night spot… It’s a smaller restaurant but the food is big !! This is a must stop kinda place everything was super fresh you can taste the love that owner Chef Alex puts into his dishes. Chef Alex was really down to earth very humble and engaging. We will most definitely return!! I recommend the Tiny Texan which isn’t so Tiny lol or the mambacita burger. Yall can thank me later !! Located in Casselberry next to the Wawa by redbug rd/ semoran.
