Applebee's Grill + Bar

I can not. First time here and last. This place smells like mildew and the food is atrocious. The server was nice enough but the food is awful. I don’t know what possessed me to give it a try despite the reviews but I figured how bad could it really be? Much to my dismay, it was worse than that. It even disappointed my expectations of bad and took it to a whole other level of awful. I don’t think I’ve ever eaten such terrible food in my life and I’ve had some baaad food. Never again. How my bill was 60 for three people for this experience is beyond me but I wish I could reverse time and have spent the money somewhere else.

Food was horrible. Pasta came out with no sauce. Alcoholic drinks were watered down so much blue Hawaiian was blue Hawaiian water. Several was not friendly at all. Drinks were never refilled. Everything was unacceptable I would not recommend this location to anyone. If I worked at this location I wouldn't even eat their food on my lunch break. Location needs to tore down to the dirt it sits on.

Three stars is generous trust me maybe I'm wrong but not usually the service is horrible. Stood at the hostest stand for almost 15 minutes and wasn't even acknowledged before i sat myself got my own menus then after ten minutes of watching the server talk to her table there was only the 1 she finally said I'll be with you shortly that's about when we decided we weren't in the mood for Applebee's and went elsewhere maybe it was shift change or something so I gave 3 stars assuming it was or I would have given one star lol.

We had grilled chicken breast dinners (with 2 vegetables) and salad. It was a special on their 2/25 menu. The food was good, chicken moist. Broccoli, green beans and salad were good portions too. We were thrilled to walk out the door for just over 30.00 for a good meal. Can’t do that too many places any more!

Weird place the energy here is NOT good. My experience is a 0/10. I wouldn’t recommend.

We sat at our table for 28 minutes, and no waitress attended to us. There were only four tables occupied in the restaurant. The rest of the restaurant was empty except for the bar. We were a family of five, so hungry that we finally got up and left. One bad experience is enough to make us never return to that place.

Two out of the three bills are the people we were with were wrong. Most of this was because the waitress did not listen when taking our orders. They did correct the bill but the manager actually argued with us.

Great experience. Had dinner with my son. Food very good, had the bourbon street chicken and shrimp. Tripp as my bartender, drinks were on point. Thank you Applebee's team.

Despite the good service, it was extremely slow from the moment we walked into the restaurant. Most of the food was good, but my steak was overly seasoned, making it hard to enjoy. It was supposed to come with mushrooms, but they seemed to have run out. This isn’t the first time I’ve noticed the same issue with seasoning at an Applebee’s. The presentation of my dish spoke for itself. On the positive side, the onion soup was good, the nachos were tasty, and the hamburger was good too!. Overall, an okay experience, but the seasoning issue and slow service make it hard to rate it any higher.
