Food was terrible. We had the pick 3 for $14.00+. The pretzel sticks were very dark. The cheese they served with them was not the best. We also had cheese sticks and riblets. The riblets were just ok. I didn't eat any of those. Ordered a side order of onion rings which were fried crunchy. Basically paid a dollar for each onion ring and two of them were tiny.

I ordered take out and made sure I got there right when I ordered. The woman that brought the food out was very sweet BUT All my food was cold , it’s one thing when it’s warm but this was cold. If you order out I would make sure to touch the food before you drive off .

Fried pickle fries were amazing, our boneless chicken wings were cold. Both our chicken bowl and mac and cheese were lacking in flavor.

Humm, well wasn't a great experience. It took my food twice as long to get to me as everyone else. Also sounds like several people in our group sent their meals back. Our table had to send the queso dip back because it was cold. So unfortunately, not sure if we will be going back, which is sad because I used to love Applebee's.

The place was severely understaffed. The bartender was working the bar and tables and had to seat people. We noticed some stood there for 20 minutes. Only 2 other servers and no manager in sight

We were here at 11:00pm on nov 19, our server was Victoria c (or that’s whose name was implied on the system).
We ordered honey hot boneless wings and buffalo wings as a side dish to the grilled cheese burger.
We were first given the buffalo wings as an appetizer when they were supposed to be a side…????
Then when i received my plate my boneless wings were buffalo instead of honey hot, we waited about 15 minutes without touching our food before the server came back out. I did receive new wings however there was no apology for the wait or the mixup on her and.
Our other plate that was supposed to be the buffalo side dish had hardly any buffalo sauce on the wings. We requested more sauce and she brought dry buffalo sauce. Looked like it been sitting in a container for a minute, was just dried out.
After we finished our meal we asked for the check and boxes. She then proceeds to give us the wrong check.. it was an $82 check when our bill was $46. Nonetheless we were not happy with our service tonight nor the inconveniences that were constantly happening.

Came in yesterday for Veterans Day
It was super busy. There was a wait for tables, so we sat at the bar. Chelsea was my Bartender, She was running around making drinks, I felt bad I wish she had help. She did an amazing job for it being just her back there.
My drinks were delivered on time, she kept a smile on her face. I kept thinking to myself how people could multitask like that, I could never.
10/10 would recommend this place and definitely the manhattan!

I visited Applebee’s on Veterans Day and unfortunately had one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in quite some time. When I was finally seated, the table was wet and sticky, which was already not a great start. After some time, our server arrived to take our order — I had ordered appetizers, two entrées, and two drinks.

It took quite a while before anything arrived. Strangely, the entrées were brought out first, and the appetizer didn’t make it to the table until much later. We still hadn’t received our drinks, and there was no silverware on the table — I had to ask for that myself.

After waiting too long for our drinks, I decided to walk to the bar to find out what was going on. The bar wasn’t very busy, but it still took a while to get the bartender’s attention. When I finally did, I was told that my drinks had been made but were never served. I could clearly see my beer sitting there, and the margarita hadn’t even been poured into the glass. I had to ask the bartender to pour it, and then I carried both drinks myself back to my table, trying not to spill them.

What made things worse was that my server saw me carrying the drinks and didn’t offer to help — instead, they made a joke about how I must be the server today. That was frustrating and unprofessional. I was never offered a refill or checked on again.
Later, when I asked for the check, it took quite a while to receive it.

Overall, this was one-star service. The quality of service was at an all-time low, and I didn’t need to hear excuses about how long the staff had been working that day. It didn’t seem particularly busy when I arrived late at night, and there was no reason for the level of neglect and disorganization I experienced.

I’m not writing this to sound entitled — I simply expected better service especially on Veterans Day. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this location to anyone, and I strongly suggest others avoid it until management improves their staff training and customer service.

CRYPTOZILLA

Well I sat at the carside pickup for 15 minutes after the automated system told me that my order would be ready , no one came out , so i called a person answered and said they would be right out , 7 minutes later I shut off my car fed up with waiting i walked inside sat at the front area for 8 more minutes finally i went to the bar and asked what was going on , the waitress went to the back and 5 minutes later someone else comes out and says follow me, no apology not a word she takes me to the register and says tap your card , and walks away , I will never come to this place ever again , i have a huge social media following and work at s business right down the street i will make it my mission to tell everyone I know to absolutely stay away from this place and its horrid customer service, and its so sad because they literally have one of my favorite dinners ever , what a shame bad people breed bad customer service 😠😠😠
