Hats off to this Arby's! I've eaten here or been through drive-thru several times, and the staff and food is ALWAYS QUALITY!

Big thank you to Jaz for making my drive-thru experience amazing. I was having a rough day, and this young man not only created a quick resolve, but helped put a smile on my face!

I don’t know if it’s bad management or what this issue is here. Floors are so sticky in this place. Many uncleaned tables. Never hear them call out name. Ended up getting up to see what was taking so long and the food was sitting on the counter. You think they would call you name again or walk it out to you instead of allowing it to get cold.

Hopefully this place makes a turn around.

Vanessa was outstanding. She brought the order and decided that the fries were not good enough for us so she brought us fresh new ones. She ran around to make sure that everybody was okay and had what they needed. She never sat for a minute. She was cleaning the floors waking up. Very impressive. Great personality.

I went to Arby's #264 on 6/13/25 at 6:00 PM.

It was one of the most pleasant restaurant experiences I've had in a long time.

The manager on duty greeted me as I came in and was very friendly. He saved me some money because I didn't realize that potato cakes and milkshakes could be bundled with a sandwich as a meal.

As I waited for my order, I could tell that the manager had excellent communication with the crew. Everyone seemed on top of things and very coordinated. I had several requests for changes for the sandwiches (no cheese, add cheese, no pickle, etc.) and everything came out correctly.

It may seem like a small thing to have a friendly staff and well made meal, but I'm down in this area helping out my elderly parents, which is a lot of work and frustration, and just having this meal go smoothly made my night.

So I wanted to thank the crew and manager that were on that night and I apologize for not getting any of their names.
