“My bride and I agree it was the best tasting sourdough bread we've ever eaten. It tasted home made with no hint of added non-natural ingredients. We'll definitely be buying more!“
“Early this year, my girlfriend and I took a vacation to Paris and before our trip, one of the things I researched was the best croissant in Paris. Of course on top of the list was Cedric Grolet Opera. I was disappointed to find out that the lines for croissants at Cedric can get very long and you are not guaranteed to get one even if you are in line. We did drive pass Cedric on our way to the train station and the line was indeed very long. I resigned my thoughts to what one Parisian food vlogger said, if it's your first time in Paris, chances are the first croissant you eat here will be the best croissant you've ever had. And even the croissants we had in our hotel for breakfast was top notch. But the best croissant I had in my opinion was at A. Lacroix Patisserie across the Seine from Notre Dame. The outside had a soft crunch, the inside was moist and it was very buttery. Everything I hoped a Parisian croissant would be. This morning I woke up wishing I could eat a Parisian Croissant. There was just nothing like it. It was a little late to go to Publix to catch the croissants fresh out of the oven, when it would be warm and the outside having that delicious soft crunch. Then I remembered someone in this group mentioning a new Patisserie across from the Casselberry post office. I googled it, and reading the name of it, was like a sign of very good and delicious things to come. "Bon Beurre" which in English means good butter. So I packed the girlfriend and my son in the car and headed over to Casselberry. Entering the shop was well... imagine this. Do you remember driving down I-4 when Merita would be baking bread? Well multiply that smell 100x!!! The lady behind the counter told us, that all she had left was the only thing available. She said that they ran out of the first batch of croissants, but the baker was kind enough to make a second batch. I told the lady that I loved the name of the shop, and she told us that they use French butter with a higher fat content to make their croissants. I got half a dozen croissants, 2 chocolate almond croissants, 2 Beurre Bombs (their signature pastry), and one pan au chocolat. We found out that they are a cash only business and also they are only open to the public on the second Saturday of each month. And when they ran out, they ran out. When we got home, the first thing I tore into was the croissant. The outside was perfectly crispy and flaky. The inside was very moist, buttery and so delicious. I dare say.... it was better than the croissants I had in Paris. Even my girlfriend agreed. I took a bite of her almond chocolate croissant and it was heavenly. Had the same crisp with some nuttiness from the almonds and sweetness from the chocolate. But... as good as those were, what blew our minds was the Beurre (or Butter) Bombs. This is a food that is so good (I know this will sound dramatic) but I would be happy if I had that for my last meal on earth. The beurre bomb is a croissant outer shell shaped like a cup and the inside has some liquid sweet butter (literally). It was the goodness of the croissant with a butter overload. Some of you might flinch at the thought of that, but you really have to try it to understand. The sweetness was pleasant and not overwhelming. My son, girlfriend and I all agreed on how heavenly it was. It's been a while since I have been this excited about food, that I took two croissants and a beurre bomb and took it over to my brother's house so him and his wife could try it. My brother is a very tough critic and he absolutely loved both the croissant and the butter bomb. Patisserie Bon Beurre is a God send. Everything about it is awesome and needless to say, I highly recommend it.“

“This place is very good, but sometimes they took too long with the Cookies Are the 10 out of 10 I love it and there’s the closest at my house is like five minutes away and I could buy anything and I’ll be trying to air points in my phone but like the Points aren’t going through and I called and they were like Oh, we can do nothing about that but I love that place. The cookies are very good. I tried to do chocolate brownie when it was 11 out of 1011 out of 10,000 out of 10 like it was just good and delicious and yummy like dang“
