Why is there one bartender servicing two entire bars? Inside and patio?? Seems a bit silly considering no one at either bar can get full efficient, effective and hospitable service like that…

I placed online order at 2:18 pm for 3 pm pick up. I arrived at 3:05 and order was not ready until 3:20. After a 20 minute drive back home, I realized I was given boneless wings instead of the 30 traditional wings I ordered. I spent $105 on a carry out order at my husband’s request for his birthday. I was disappointed that my order was not ready and it was wrong. Also, these were the tiniest wings I’ve ever seen. Definitely not with the price or terrible service.

An employee talking about me to a coworker made me uncomfortable. After the gym, I wanted Powerade, but they didn’t sell it. No problem—I ordered to go so I could get my drink elsewhere. Guess an employee didn’t like that I left the table. The best part? The kind lady upfront who didn’t charge me for my fries. I said I wouldn’t return, but she made my experience better.

February 10th 11:54 pm. So I ordered 6 wings to go. And What a bad customer service Experience, I just had with the only waitress on shift right now an Older lady. She Is very rushy And very rude with her snappy responses. When I paid her And informed her that the change $1.75 was for her. She completely ignored me but proceeded to put the tip in her tip jar so obviously she heard me. Where do they (waiters) get off expecting a certain amount of money. I work just as hard and even harder for my money (semi driver) to give it a way to somebody ,with a bad attitude, that has done NOTHING but walk to the kitchen and bring me a bag. TRUCKERS STAY AWAY FROM BAD VIBES AT CLOSING.

Placed an order for pickup scheduled at 5:40pm. Showed up around 5:45pm and was told pickup orders were being delivered at the patio. The patio was packed and there was a long line of people waiting on to-go orders. Showed the employee my ticket and was told it wasn’t ready yet. Waited about 15 minutes and asked if there was an estimated time it would be ready since it was scheduled for 5:40 the response was “I don’t know we have people waiting for orders from 5:30.” I waited some more until it was around 45 minutes past my pickup time when I went inside and was told they were an hour behind. Also throughout my wait I noticed that any food delivery driver picking up food received it as soon as they walked up (seemed as though they were prioritizing doordash/uber eats orders which may have been why they were so behind). After finally receiving my food at 6:30pm it was cold and the “chicken tenders” were more like whole chicken breast. I understand that the location was extremely busy considering the Super Bowl however I scheduled a pick up and expected it to be ready at that time and was even fine with it being a few minutes behind (was expected). I was disappointed by the lack of communication from the location as well as the quality of the food. The location could have at least sent some kind of notification that they were that far behind or stopped taking to-go orders all together. It also didn’t seem like anyone was remotely sorry for the wait.

I'm here right now late. It's 10:30 at night on a Monday and I'm ordering 15 boneless wings with French fries. Jacob is helping me out and use extremely friendly and tired. But he's working it's very hard. I haven't met the rest of the employees unfortunately yet but I hope they're at least half as good as Jacob is

me and my boyfriend went to this location we were seated 5 minutes after getting there we sat there for 25 minutes!! Two other sets of guest came in after us they received their drinks and food before we even received a server at all! No one!! Horrible!! We left we did not stay. That was ridiculous. Was it busy? No
