First, you walk in and don’t smell anything ! I don’t hear meat frying , hamburger patty isn’t seasoned, no flavor, you that Burger King flavor . Had to warm food up in microwave . Never going back. They had another crew back in November 2024 and they had the entire block smelling like whoppers. This crew don’t know flavor!

I bought a breakfast sandwich on 12/09/24. I filled out the survey for this Burger King, located in Casselberry, Florida.. I was unhappy with my purchase After doing the survey, they give me a code to receive a free sandwich. I went on12/10/2024, thinking I would give them another chance and would be getting a free sandwich. In order for you to get a free sandwich though, you have to purchase a drink and side. The word "Free" is followed by an asterisk. So, in order to get a free sandwich, you still have to make a purchase. Undoubtedly, free is not actually free without conditions However, the sandwich and hash browns were cold. I know that I will never come to this location ever again.

I went on a Sunday , this is the worse BK I have ever been too. My frys were recorded, was old . There was potatoes tates in them burnt. Never will be back and I love BK. Just destroyed my day. The money u have to pay for a meal, Sud be alittle better then this.

Got two original chicken sandwiches. Both have stale bread, borderline croutons. One of the chicken patties was visibility burned. Both sandwiches had nearly no lettuce on them. If I didn't have to drive back, I would have requested a refund.
Not sure what's going on in there but it ain't pretty.
Order 4 hamburgers in the drive-thru...waited 15 minutes. The employee said they burnt the meat and had to make more...finally got them...left and only had three in the bag. Where is the manager? Where is quality control? Does the owner know what is going on? P & L has to be looking rough.

I been 2 times around 10:00 pm they supposed to close at 12:00 Midnight one time they ignored me like the place was closed and the second time they asked me what I wanted and ignored me again,I pulled to the window and 3 employees saw me and ignored me again, is the worst Burger King I have seen in my 50 years of life
