Well I have to say this is a first. My husband and I have been going to Sally's Diner for awhile. The service today was good as usual until this woman in her 70's who is an employee but not serving customers took the liberty of cutting off my husband's tag from his tee-shirt without even asking if it was ok. I was in the midst of paying the bill and didn't have time to ask her to stop. She was very rude. Now what size shirt is he wearing? Who knows? She took off the tag. I don't see her buying my husband's clothes or washing it. What business was it of hers to overstep her boundaries. It's one thing to ask if it's ok to tuck in the tag but it's another to cut it off when we did not request it. Very rude and unprofessional!!!

Denise, Robyn, Sheryl, Kelly, and Amy are always cheerful and attentive to our needs.
Our favorite breakfast is the two eggs, bacon and biscuits and gravy. The BLT is also very yummy. ?

I popped into Sally's for a quick bite and a coffee and I was honestly blown away. For a scrappy little diner, the food is absolutely phenomenal. The high quality or ingredients really impressed me and my BEC sandwhich arrived fast and piping hot.

WELL worth the detour if you're in the area and looking for a space to recharge. Booths are comfy, free wifi, outlets available.

Decor and atmosphere are a bit dingy and in bad need of renovation or updating to stay competitive with the great new venues now open in area

Foods always great! Priced very reasonably and the waitress Claudette literally saved us from being stranded.

The food here was very good. Reminded me of an old time Diner. Prices were very good. If ever back in the area we will get up early to make sure we can get here

Today Cheryl made me feel special with my single pancake and my one biscuit and gravy. But Everyone there has always made us feel like we were home. Always friendly.

My Husband and I had a horrible experience at sallys diner in Casselberry this morning, we waited almost 10 minutes for a waitress to come and take our food order who never introduced herself then after a long wait we were missing toast that we never received our drinks were never refilled and we were never checked on while we watched this waitress go to different tables to check on them , we waited 10 minutes or so to receive our check so we could pay only to have my husband's credit card given back to the wrong table thankfully they paid attention to the name on the card. Needless to say after this experience I will be telling anyone who asks for a food recommendation not to visit this establishment.

Sally's is one of my favorite places to eat breakfast. The only problem is that sometimes service is not good, portions are good, prices are responsible, and it could've used a little upgrade on the atmosphere, very dated, nothing has changed in years!!!Need new tables, and chairs, menu hasn't changed either, specials are very weak, could be improved

This little diner is, well, a diner! It's a very friendly atmosphere with a good menu. I only had a bagel/cream cheese with an order of bacon so I didn't feel confident giving it more than 4 stars. Sadly I doubt I'll go there again as I was only passing thru but if I lived closer I'd be very happy to be a regular customer!

Parking: Parking lot shared with other businesses.
