Order online and asked for extra steak did not get it took photo and have video. I always get extra steak just was in a hurry today so I ordered to go that will be last time I do that.

Out of several things. When I’m paying full price. They have the stuff but the manager says they can’t touch from the mobile food section, despite grabbing my steak from there . I get a 3 ingredient burrito, so it’s ridiculous they can’t grab a side cup of corn or give a discount for the fact they can’t give it to you despite it being in your face.

The lady prepping the food and the one at the register were great, just the policy is frustrating.

I am not one to write a review, but my experience here was so negative. I work in the food industry, and I know how things should go and even thought it may suck, you need to be able to serve customers until closing. I walked in here on Friday at 10:15. They were out of chicken, hard tacos, guac and rice. The guy in the back said he would not be making anymore. I understand the hassle of closing, but refusing to make more food 45 minutes before close is incredibly unprofessional. There chairs were stacked on the tables as well, with tractor machines broken down. I couldn’t help but wonder why they even changed their hours to 11:00 if they would just close all ability to serve by 10:00. I have to agree with every review I’ve seen.

Your stores stuck, you have amazing food but your customer service is trash. They can’t even read a screen to make an order correct. We order online as a luxury to not drive to the store so when we have to get our lazy butt off the couch it’s very irritating . Your franchise sucks.

The food is amazing but the service lacks a bit. Always a line and always just one person working the front. Usually clean on the inside but that's usually because no one is ever sitting.

Listen to the reviews and do not come here. You cannot show up to this establishment 2 hours within closing unless you want to eat lettuce. They will not refill or have any portions left. When I first walked in, the women at the cashier stated they were only out of steak. I proceeded to the front of the line while the other person made me wait 10 minutes. She came back and told me they have no chicken either. Why couldn’t you just tell me this while I was standing there staring at you? Complete waste of time. Everything here is unprofessional. Will never step foot in this location again. Please don’t waste money on half ass service, food and atmosphere.

They are open until 11 pm but at 9:47 they are all breaking down the line and cleaning the restaurant. The toppings weren’t out to see and choose from the staff just assumed I knew what was available for choices. Didn’t like that experience.

They have great food, if they have the food available, but that’s a big if. It might be worth calling to see if they have what you want before you go because they haven’t been on top of their quantity for a while now. Two stars for service because there’s one lady who’s always friendly, quick, and apologetic if they’re out of food. Atmosphere is modern but that’s it.

pitiful. came in to get a bowl to go on my break, and they had close to nothing on the line. asked for fresh rice, had to wait as there were no backups and as a former chipotle employee that was disappointing as it was very busy. anywho, waited for the rice and i was ready to get my beans and protein and they were out of black beans, he put probably maybe 6 in my bowl and was like “is this okay?” like im sorry im already paying for half ass portions, but whatever so i got a mix of both. got the bowl, drink and chips and i go to get my drink and everything was either water or tasted like it🙂 absolutely horrid experience and will definitely not return to this location ☺️

Nothing has changed, Please fix your Fern Park store on 103 fl 436. This place used to be awesome, now it's dirty floors, dirty tables and dirty bathrooms. Not to mention the rude teenage staff that doesn't seem to care or know what they're doing. What happened to this place? 🤷🏾‍♂️ My goodness. Mr. or Mrs Owner, have you read your latest reviews? I'm honestly planning on driving a mile the other way to go to Moe's instead, so disappointing. 😞 Oh yeah, almost forgot, it seems like they're out of something (ingredients, chicken, guac, etc) every time we go there.

I’m writing this review at 5am after having violent food poisoning for the last 8 hours. I hadn’t had chipotle in quite a while and decided to give it another try. Within 5 minutes of eating my bowl, I started feeling off, and a couple hours later I became ill.

This location is either understaffed or serving old food for takeout, or both. Combine that with how overpriced chipotle is now, I won’t eat here again

Under cooked rice (can hear the crunch). Far from fresh pico de gallo (browning tomatoes). Multiple ingredient options are missing, and no staff are working on replacing them. Other times, there is no rice at all, and a batch is not being made while multiple staff are standing around. If you can go to another location, definitely do so.

I was supposed to have a job interview at 2pm. Got there at 1:45pm and let the girl at the register know that I was there for an interview and she told me she was going to let IVAN know. I was waiting from 1:45 to 2:40. No one came to me or anything yet. So I went once again to the register and asked very politely if he was busy or what was going on? They told me they’ll talk to him once again. I sat down until just now 3pm and nothing… Hour and 15 minutes waiting for a job interview…

IVAN: I’m sorry but this was very unprofessional on your side. Not sure how you’re a manager but it is what it is. Thanks for the waste of time.

Lady used same gloves to operate register as she did to make food with. Didn’t even have the decency to change her gloves. Nasty. Seriously. Also, brisket is spicy and taste like cheap sweet barbecue sauce. Complete disappointment.
