I had a very disappointing experience at this Chipotle. The restaurant was dirty, especially the hot food line, which was visibly unclean. It honestly explained why the place was nearly empty.
The staff was extremely unprofessional. They were yelling across the restaurant and loudly complaining about their schedules in front of customers. When I walked up to the counter, the employee seemed annoyed, didn’t greet me, didn’t say a single word during checkout, and handed me my bag without any acknowledgment.
We arrived at 8:55 PM, and the restaurant doesn’t close until 11:00 PM, yet the staff acted irritated that we were there. They even made comments about the next customers who walked in behind us, which was uncomfortable and uncalled for.
Between the poor cleanliness, lack of basic customer service, and unprofessional behavior, this was one of the worst Chipotle experiences I’ve had. I will not be returning.

Went here for dinner gave us the drink inside that bag that was apperently a fountain drink so the cup was empty.we thought it was a bottle thats why we didnt notice. All the food was so cold and crunchy like it came from the fridge. Then it honestly felt like they used all the scraps to make our order. Definetly wasnt chicken like we ordered. They were still open for another 2 hours so there was no need for that. Even had guac on my kids bowl who is allergic to it. Went to corporate and still nothing done just im sorry.

Do yourself a favor and don't order extra meat when you're ordering on an app for delivering, they'll skimp you on the meat while still charging you $8 dollars extra. So dishonest. I always get a large bowl so I can share with my 2 littles and I was so sad when I opened the container. Trust that I didn't have a single piece of meat from that meal because it wasn't even enough to satiate 2 small children. I expected more because I PAYED 8 DOLLARS FOR AN EXTRA PORTION.

I accidentally spilled my food & not only did they remake my order but the workers gave me clean wash cloths to clean myself off with . 10/10 service . the manager was very understanding & nice !

Come on you guys can do better $10 and change for a half scoop of steak and when I brought it up the girl literally puts in 2 tiny cubes. I am surprised more people don't walk out like I did. Btw my review went from 5 star to 1 and would do 0 if I could.

It's 8:44pm on a Saturday night. The grill has been cleaned and they are out of everything. No honey chicken, no steak, no barbacoa. Nobody worked as a team. In line 25 mins soda is empty employees angry to be here. Never returnin

Worker was so rude tonight - I get I’m coming in a little before close but you don’t have to throw your hands up when I ask for a burrito instead of a bowl and complain about not wanting to open another tortilla package 😂😂. I’ve had two jobs in the restaurant industry - one of which I was working alone, closing the store alone, and people would come in 2 minutes before close. I would still act professional and not complain in the customers face. Hire better workers

Order online and asked for extra steak did not get it took photo and have video. I always get extra steak just was in a hurry today so I ordered to go that will be last time I do that.

Out of several things. When I’m paying full price. They have the stuff but the manager says they can’t touch from the mobile food section, despite grabbing my steak from there . I get a 3 ingredient burrito, so it’s ridiculous they can’t grab a side cup of corn or give a discount for the fact they can’t give it to you despite it being in your face.

The lady prepping the food and the one at the register were great, just the policy is frustrating.

I am not one to write a review, but my experience here was so negative. I work in the food industry, and I know how things should go and even thought it may suck, you need to be able to serve customers until closing. I walked in here on Friday at 10:15. They were out of chicken, hard tacos, guac and rice. The guy in the back said he would not be making anymore. I understand the hassle of closing, but refusing to make more food 45 minutes before close is incredibly unprofessional. There chairs were stacked on the tables as well, with tractor machines broken down. I couldn’t help but wonder why they even changed their hours to 11:00 if they would just close all ability to serve by 10:00. I have to agree with every review I’ve seen.
