Aggressive line people even though theirs no one in line but me and my daughter..... look like their all strung out waiting for their next m3th hit... call it how I see it, no reason to be rude when u have nothing else to do. This isn't a Nascar tire change its a restaurant and when theirs no one in line is the best time to win over your customers. Will never return to this Chipotle again, I'll stick to my winter park location!!!

The workers here are nasty and rude. Miscommunication is evident amongst them. one says they’re making guac and the other says they are not offering it at all. Customer service and teamwork are key in a functional business and this location needs work.

This has to be the dirtiest Chipotle I have EVER been to.. maybe they should clean the tables and drink area instead of standing around talking to each other. Not 1 clean table in the entire seating area, and the drink station had melting ice all over the counter. The owner or manager needs to open their eyes.

03/10/2024I ordered a carnita burrito with chips and queso online for pickup. The burrito had a lot of rice in it. I was given two bags of chips. The food was okay. I don't know what the fuss is about as it's bland. I think Mexican food would be more tasty at an authentic Mexican restaurant.Restaurant was dirty. Garbage overflowing and tables and chairs needed cleaning. Employees were standing around talking behind the counter rather than someone attending to the dining area.Soda fountain nozzles and lines need to be cleaned. The soda out of the fountain tastes gross.

What’s the point of ordering on the app if it takes longer to get your food than if you just wait in line. These workers take their sweet time with no care in the world no respect for other people’s time. This is why I barely ever order on the app. It’s not just this chipotle it’s all of them!!! Y’all need to do better. If I didn’t like the food so much I’d never come here.
